hey man im happy to hear that, thanks, it is a good song, i put that 2pac song on youtube long time ago when we were listening to mp3s on cds, because i knew i would loose my CD and didnt want to loose this song, and couple of years later i logged in youtube and i had so many views on it , it was a surprise i didnt expect so many people to enjoy it just like i do, im gonna start uploading videos of me doing some cooking maybe :) not sure yet, but ill be happy if u stick around and view them, ill do them in English

Plus another line in the song seems to imply that he didn't want to return to the mess of this world. " well hell can't be worse than this because I'm in hell now". Hell being this world. Plus pac is American and reincarnation doesn't come packed with hindu dogmas. The word reincarnation is not from Hinduism and the concept has been in many different cultures around the world. So I think he's means what the original commenter implied.
