Blackstone - FISH TACOS
From cleaning the Blackstone griddle, to making the toppings and sauce, to griddling the tortillas and fish ... oh, and let's not forget about throwing some fresh corn on the cob on as well.
INGREDIENTS:
- Fish Fillets (we used Tilapia, but any firm fish fillets would work)
- Seasonings for the Fish Fillets:
- - - Salt
- - - Lemon Pepper
- - - Chili Powder
- - - Cumin
- Corn Tortillas
- Flour Tortillas
- Olive Oil
- Butter
- Red Cabbage (thinly sliced)
- Red Onion (thinly sliced)
- Mango (sliced)
- Avocado (sliced)
- Cilantro (rough chop with skinny stems)
- Limes (fresh squeezed and zested)
- Street Corn Sauce (store bought)
- Homemade SAUCE:
- - - Mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
- - - Sour Cream (1/2 cup)
