Welcome to my channel! In this video, I'm excited to share with you a mouth-watering recipe for Mixed Fruit Bread, also known as Christmas Loaf Bread. This festive and flavorful bread is perfect for the holiday season, packed with a delightful mix of dried fruits and spices that will fill your home with the warm, inviting scent of Christmas.
Ingredients:
- 250ml Milk
- 30g Sugar
- 7g Instant Yeast
- 350g Bread Flour
- Pinch of Salt
- 35g Canola Oil/Vegetable Oil
- 150g Mixed Fruit
- 2 tbsp (50g) Honey
- 20g Milk Powder
Baking Instructions:

    You should take the thoughtfulness and time to list down the step-by-step Directions for many first time visitors and bakers. Otherwise, you will not get subscribers. No one has the time to go back-and-forth in any video trying to copy down the complicated steps. Listing the ingredients is not enough, and for that reason, I find Savor Easy is the best channel to follow breadmaking - just being honest.

      Yes, that's correct! In the first recipe, the gelatin is dissolved in hot water, which is enough to activate it. There's no need to cook it further. Once dissolved, it helps set the cheesecake without the need for baking. It’s safe to eat as long as the gelatin is fully dissolved in hot water before adding it to the mixture.

    Lovely loaf id say its delicious If i may suggest it might be an idea to take it out of mould and leave in oven for 5 or 10 mins allowing it to be baked a little more on the sides .
