If you have to wear ppe gear to spray on a crop you intend to eat, I wouldn't do it.I understand the farmer side but if companion planting was more looked into everyone wins. Farmer, us and earth. This insect is a beast destroying crops, grasses worldwide. First time trying to deal with it in New Zealand.

A small farmer would basically like to be guided on Mills/ltrs as a rate of application.
