You sons of a Canadian goose, i just got the tracer tactical headset. Either way im still happy more companies are coming out with line of head gear. I would have loved to have something like this back when i was in serving in Alaska, would be alot warmer set up with my bali and hood.

Awesome design. This is exactly what I need. I have a small chest so I'm a bit real estate challenged on my split rig. P.S: Please make a small sized PC. Us manlets have very few options and the most ubiquitous small velcro PC has a problem with narrow shoulder straps.

To future owners of the boonie / harness combo, just save yourself the hassle and realise that this video is largely useless and illogical. You'll need to figure a lot of it out on your own, good luck lol

We are basically extreem long range lightweight recce patrol units that are fast moving, so we can't be weighed down by packs , yet we need still to carry all our gear and sustainment on us. We can be away for 7 days or longer living of the field without resupply.

Only thing I’d change is that back molle back part on the H harness. That looks like it’ll trap body heat and doesn’t seem breathable. Maybe mesh might be a better option and get rid of the molle altogether?

Yes it does. We use First Spear Tubes on our cummerbunds and Split Chest Rigs.

Figuring out how to weave the straps in and out of the belt buckles was a giant pain in the ass. Mind showing us the proper way to run the straps through and any tricks on tightening everything up so it fits well

Yes you can. The cape and the hood are easily removable.

I'm very interested in buying this piece of equipment. It looks a little tall on the waist however, can it be worn with a rucksack that has a waist belt such as the MOLLE 2K/4K rucks? I love the fact that this belt is made entirely of MOLLE and is entirely modular. The shoulder pads are also very nice!
It definitely can, the straps are adjustable so you can set your preferred height. We posted a picture on our Instagram showcasing our belt with a rucksack on October 31st 2023 if you want to check it out.
Are the lids on recce pouches waterproof?
Been meaning to ask about shipping considering I'm Canadian. How is it that it's 80 bucks to ship to my house, but 20 to ship it across the border to the US? 🤔

Hey, very interested however, does this kit work with a traditional ruck like the CAF issued ruck or the mystery ranch blackjack rucks?
This is typically used as the sustainment kit itself, like as a smallpack on a recce, if you are wearing FFO you shouldn’t be wearing a ruck
An excellent bit of kit! Recently got my Alice rig with Molle yoke from @carcajoutactical . Set it up with 1 - 9x10 sustainment pouch, 2 - 9x7 sustainment pouches, and 2 - 9x5 pouches for my canteens. Solid rig. Lot of attention to detail , bombproof sewing! Cheers guys from BC 🇨🇦👍🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺

I expect that all of your fabrics are IR compliant but I don't know how to find out the information without asking somebody unless it's listed somewhere and I didn't see it on the web page. Is it just expected for companies that make gear for professionals?

Keeps them secure. There’s pros and cons to having covered and uncovered. Depends on the mission and the individual.
I prefer having mine closed. I've had a tree branch take a magazine out of an open pouch once, so having that extra retention is good for peace of mind.
