Nice the GazettE poster behind you 🤟 m'y favorite band
Thank you !! :) The GazettE are still one of my all time favourite bands! I've listened to them since I was 12 years old.. so almost 19 years now. I've done some covers of their songs before on my channel. I've covered Regret, Reila and D.L.N. I think I might have uploaded Miseinen . Anyway, thanks for your comment! Do you have a favourite album/ song by them? I love Stacked Rubbish and NIL.. and it's hard to choose a favourite song. Miseinen , Worthless War, Cassis, Nausea and Shudder, Kago no Sanagi.. it's realllly hard to choose! thanks for watching!
@Nickshreds890 , yeah very nice. It's very hard top choose one song to cover because all song are great. I'm an listen them from 2005 ❤️
Never heard this one before. Sounds great . Even a 1 Watts amp can be of decent sound. Interesting listen. Enjoy the rest of your week and all the best. 🎸👍🏻
Thank you so much! Trivium's riffs are awesome :) and I'm enjoying learning this song even though it's challenging. Yes you're right! This one has 7 Watts I believe. I normally use a 50 watts amp. But the Katana mini is really useful for when it's too late to practice loud or if you want to play in another room. It's summer here so it definitely comes in handy. I'm glad you liked it! I hope you have a brilliant week too , thank you. I wish you all the best too my friend :)
For anyone wondering I’m playing through a Boss Katana Mini with my Strandberg boden Nx 7 in glacier blue . I’m using a tiny amp and getting a decent tone considering it’s not a full sized amp ! :)
Get there bro. You got this.
I greatly appreciate your kind words ! This is the first time I’ve posted myself covering a 7 string guitar song because I find them challenging and Trivium songs are not easy to play ( at least not for me) . It means a lot to get such a kind comment :)! I’ll keep at it and if you’re interested in my playing feel free to subscribe :) and or like this video . Thank you 🙏 and rock on 🤘
2:12 i'm gonna have to grab this riff and put it in a song! it sounds neoclassical and proggy and i like those things. CLASSICAL AND PROG MUSIC! Heck yeah! I love the tone ... oh gosh it's glorious. the endless reverb from the big sky being turned on and off as I try to mess around with the EVH and then try different settings on the big sky. and YES i'm confused because the big sky is hard to use! I'm not good with pedals. but I do LOVE them. One day, I will.. get GOOD at them
Do that my friend 👍🏻 great idea. All the best with your music endeavours
Awesome!! 😊 👋
Thank you so so very much !! HAPPY 2025 my friend, wishing you lots of happiness and hope you're enjoying playing guitar and lots of music !! How are you enjoying 8 string guitar??
Great solo and almighty riff. Nice to hear the solo part. I think you've uploaded another part of this song before 🤔. Sounds great my friend well done..lol towards the end it looked very quick .Tapping and tab lol. Like a spider dancing 😂. In a good way seriously though its impressive playing. Sounded great 👍🏻👏🏻. Wishing you all the best. Take care
Thank you so so much! The Contortionist are one of my favourite prog metal bands and one of my favourites in general. So yes I've definitely uploaded this tune before! You have a brilliant memory :)
I think I recorded this 2 or more years ago because I don't use that heavy leather guitar strap anymore :) . Haha yes I love to play fast ! I know I don't play very fast compared to some people but I try to .. prevent myself from being soley a technical shredder. I love playing fast solos but they often take a lot of practice. That's more than okay with me however I still have a long way to go :D . Wishing you all the best , have a mind blowing weekend! Thank you for the lovely compliments and for encouraging me with my guitar playing! Sending positivity your way! :)
@@Nickshreds890 They're a good band and I see why people like them. Aww thank you. :-)
@@Nickshreds890 Ah that's probably the case then. Guitar straps can get worn over time. Think you've played alot of things relatively fast and shredding takes years to master. Glad you'll enjoy playing fast solos they're definitely the highlight of many songs ^_^ what a humbling thing to say. You may have a long way to go but think about how far you've come already. Thank you so much 😊 I hope you'll have an epic week ahead and may it be filled with lots of fun and creativity Thank you so much. Sending you back positivity too my friend 😊
love this progression in this tune nick! such a fitting title aswell
Thank you so so much dude ! :) it means a lot . Honestly, I am really happy with the chord progression for this one ! I will keep on adding to it as I feel it has a lot of potential ! 🙏
Thank you! I'm not used to giving songs a title. It can be realllly hard for me to come up with one. I realised that I like the song titles by Galneryus so I am taking some influence from them as I really love their music and the themes in their lyrics . And not to mention Syu is a maniac composer and phenomenal guitarist !! 😊
You've been practicing well my friend. Sounds great and such a difficult piece to do on both guitar and or piano. Keep up the good work. Have a great week ahead and take care. Wishing you all the best 🎸👍🏻👏🏻
I'm focusing soley on this piece at the moment! Ichika Nito is one of the most fascinating guitarists I've ever heard and I'm determined to learn this song all the way through
Thank you so so much my friend that's really lovely of you! :) I'll keep at it! Thank you for encouraging me! I hope you have a brilliant week and take care too! :D
@@Nickshreds890 ah good for you. What a wonderful music composition to learn. That's great that you're fully committed to learning the whole piece . He sounds like a great guitarist and definitely an inspiration for musicians. You're very welcome and thank you for your kindness . Wishing you all the best 😀
Nice original. Think the harmonics technique you've used in another original too but i really enjoyed listening to your original piece. Got a nice prog rock element and nice various sounds resonance. Also some aspects reminds me of latin guitar too. Anyway a beautiful piece 🎧🎵🎸👍🏻👏🏻 Keep up with the wonderful music. All the best
Yay 😃! I’m thrilled that you got so much out of it my friend :) . I only came up with the chords today so I’ll be sure to keep working on it . It’s one of my favourite compositions that I have come up with in a while . I like the atmosphere and it was surprisingly easy to write . The nice thing is the more you practice writing songs, the better you get at it . Of course I still write stuff that isn’t very good too but it’s very exciting to know this came from my own mind ! :)
Ah yes the Prog rock elements would be due to the unusual chords ! And then the Latin influence would be either from listening to a lot of Carlos Santana due to my Dad or because a lot of Japanese bands tend to be influenced by many types of music
Thank you so much 😊! All the best to you too and I hope 2025 is a decent year so far for you :)
@@Nickshreds890 Thank you my friend. I did. I didn't think what I wrote was near enough to describe the effect of the music piece and I couldn't put it into words. You're definitely in the zone and theirs nothing better than to be able to record the piece of music that you've came up with in the moment. How exciting. I wish you every success with the music that you compose and enjoy :-). I understand once your channel continues to grow you'll be less able to reply to everyone individually. Not saying this to put you off as I enjoy replying to people when I can but I just wanted you to know that if you don't get notifications or you get swamped with comments then don't feel obligated to reply. Tbh when I reply to threads of comments it doesn't always show up either. What you've written is good and you'll get to look back someday and see how far you've come. Ah nice that's great that your dad introduced you to Carlos Santana . I don't know much about Japanese music but to learn that Japan and Korea listens to alot of rock and metal is pretty cool. Only kpop or the worst Japanese pop group was known here in the uk

@Nickshreds890 nahh it's alright. And I wish to do more for this world. Also apologies for not having seen this message, I've been doing job looking 😅
Sounds great !
Keep up the good work! That tone sounds awesome!
Its quite high energy and awkward time signatures. Any song choice faster than 120bpm is a huge challenge 😂 i think on some parts but you've played it very well. Great song choice 👍🏻👏🏻 wishing you all the best with your music endeavours my friend 😊
@SoulFaeWorld I would hate to try to play the entire song! 😅. Honestly , I feel a bit embarrassed because those time signature changes are not very easy!
@SoulFaeWorld the more you play these styles the more it becomes natural to play in unusual time signatures . Though I'm no Prog God like Dream Theater members. Thank you so so much my friend !!! I wish you all the best with your drumming , thank you for believing in me !! :)
@@Nickshreds890maybe not easy but don't feel embarrassed to give it a go! It takes courage to learn a difficult piece but having fun and passion for music is all that really matters
@@Nickshreds890you're welcome and thank you so much. Take care and wishing you all the best :-)
@@SoulFaeWorld I got a lovely comment that just said "incorrect" hahaha so I blocked and deleted them. I know i am not playing it perfectly. That's not the kind of channel I run. My channel includes mistakes because they are human All the BIG guitar channels often show playing that is recorded previously and they mime over the track . Unlessss they use a DI signal or a a camera audio ( di signal is direct input signal which is the clean guitar sound that goes directly into an audio interface ). Camera audio is what I always use because I record with a mobile phone
fricken awesome nick! this whole comp is epic!! cool title aswell!
instrumental music is the first music that really got me to take my playing seriously!! this idea really reminded me of why i love the guitar :) and composition
Hey man, thank you so much for your continued encouragement! :D It's a real challenge for me when uploading my original music.. as I do not know how people will respond. I tried to make my title sound as .. metal as possible.. if that makes sense? I'm defiintely taking some influence from Trivium and a lot of stuff that I listen to. So plenty of Japanese metal , prog metal and all kinds of music ! I'm happy that you enjoyed it! Thank youuu! :)

Nice instrumental arpreggio piece. Enjoyed listening to this section of the song. 👍🏻 Hope its ok to mention it here too since the comments was switched off but i listened to your friends jazz performance that you posted on the community post. It was good. Only know about jazz dance but not so much music and it was great. Got a nice chill vibe and the title and music alone tells a story for sure the sunless city makes me think of all in darkness and the feeling of mystery . Hearing the different instruments together worked really well. 👍🏻 Enjoy the rest of the festive season and wishing you all the best
Thank you 😊 so so much !! I'm playing it especially slow because it's a style of playing I'm not used to. I wanted to upload something, though, because it had been almost 7 days ! I'm glad you were able to enjoy it regardless of the slow tempo

Please 🙏 enjoy the rest of the festive season and I hope you have a wonderful week !😊!! Take care
@@Nickshreds890 sometimes it's all about playing the technical bits and the skill than speed.Playing fast is good but if it's messy it's not as crisp sounding. It's good to challenge yourself and it sounded great 👍🏻 was it nearly 7 days wow another week is passing by quickly.
@@Nickshreds890 thank you for sharing. You must be really proud of your friend. It's nice to be inspired and encourage others to enjoy different styles of music ect. Wow at a high level I'm sure he's taught you alot too and you him 😊 thank you. You too. Enjoy and take care. ^_^
@@SoulFaeWorldyou’re quite right about technical music. It’s best to learn it slowly at first so you can memorise it properly . If you start guns blazing but you never actually learn the song so it is part of your long term memory and muscle memory it will Make it more difficult for you . I try to learn songs to the point where I no longer require sheet music or tabs to read in case I make mistakes :)
Merry Xmas brother hope you have a great video cool playing my friend 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Thank you so much bro! :D I'm wishing you a Merry Christmas too! I hope you have a wonderful time! I had a really great day celebrating with some family and my friend. I'm glad you digged the guitar playing. This style is new for me but I'm going to keep practicing it! Rock on :D
A beautiful piece of music 🎶🎵 wonderful playing 🎸👍🏻
Thank youuuuu :D . It really is a beautiful piece of music . I don't really do it justice. However it is a great deal of fun and really satisfying learning music from such a long time ago. It also gives me ideas for composition that would not be as likely to come to me from contemporary music.
If you're interested, there is a guitarist called Dr. Viossy who plays a mind blowing and gorgeous cover of this song. His tone is out of this world and he plays it really fast too which is quite an achievement. I'm sure he spent a lot of time learning it! Anyway, I am so so thankful for your kind words! I hope you're doing well and having a lovely week! :D
@@Nickshreds890 it sure is. I'm glad you'll enjoyed playing this piece and absolutely to learn these skills and incorporated them into different styles of music is really handy. Definitely helps with music vocabulary. Thank you so much for the recommendation I'll definitely check that out. Truthfully I don't know of many guitarist that play neoclassical pieces apart from Kenny serene that has played j.s Bach and did a great interpretation . Thank you for the recommendation will listen to Dr viossy. It's fascinating how fast paced and skilled these guitar players are with the technical skills and speeds to licks. The clean playing without it sounding sloppy is outstanding. To play fast and apply pressure for each note is admirable. Thank you it's ok now but it's been a bit of a week and I've felt unwell and just recovering now. I hope you're having a lovely week too :-)
@@SoulFaeWorld I think neoclassical guitar is quite niche because of how technical it is . Even though you and I find the incredibly virtuosic playing and ability to keep it clean impressive , there are a lot of people who are stuck liking one style . I have heard Kenny Serand I’m pretty sure
@@Nickshreds890 that's very true . Ideal for learning different styles of music is how adaptable it can be for various songs. I'm sure it's similar for guitar but for drums you can change a particular drum pattern and suddenly you're playing a beat for another genre of music just by a shift of style. Nice that you've heard of him. Please if you ever have any more recommendations then feel free to share only if you want to of course, I'd love to hear them. Take care 😃

Epic my bro!! Improvising is one of my favorite parts about playing an instrument, It can be very therapeutic and meditative. Reading what you said in the description, I can tell you have a thoughtful mind and a bright soul ❤ you are truly an inspiration mate. Enjoy the rest of your year.
Improvising really is a lot of fun! I am by no means a pro when it comes to improv but that doesn't mean it has to be boring. If I was honest, I would love to be able to utilise more arpeggios as well as modes and scales. But not in a robotic manner. Learning to visualise the fretboard is a tricky task. And I feel that's why it's always good to play and learn from people who have played music for longer or who have studied music and can provide the help we need! :)
It is really therapeutic and meditative. It's curious because if you ask a non musician .. they would say they think musicians just learn to play other people's songs 😅.. or at least I feel that's the expectation . Personally I do not play guitar to make other people happy. Although, I do want to bring some joy with my playing If I can! Thank you mate. You're far too kind ! If I can be inspiring to you then please remember you too with your kindness and open mind can too be equally as inspiring. I don't consider myself inspiring so thank you for saying that :)😊. It's nice to know that other people think on a similar wavelength ! Take care, my friend!! :) and be sure to pick up the guitar and enjoy it ! I know it's important to "practice" but we should always focus on what we love / what is most important to us first. Or at least I heard that if we tire ourselves out with scales or exercises first.. it can have an impact on your playing as you continue to practice in the day. Oops I hope that made sense. So I suppose the idea 💡 is to follow 🤔 what is most important to you !
@ramencafe1 Please enjoy December, too! I hope you know you male an impact by spreading positivity. Thank you 😊. Sorry if I sound sentimental, but it's better to be honest than to hide how I feel ! 😆 Rock on 🤘
I agree with all you said. No need to apologize for being sentimental Nick :) I always try to wear my heart on my sleeve. I also think that self confidence is vital in this life. Thank you for the kind words 🙏

I also feel pretty happy with the tone. because I'm playing my Ibanez quest instead of my Strandberg. the Strandberg(my favourite) has fishman fluence active pickups whereas the ibanez has passive pickups. So I PUT A TON of gain and reverb on this. I shouldn't compare myself to others as I am genuinely proud of the musician I am today. Dir en grey is one of my all time favourite bands which is why I look so gosh darn emotional. And yeah this solo is no joke haha. This is the sort of music I love with all my heart.
It's definitely an excellent idea to play along with a backing track or a drummer. Sending love to you too, bro! Take care of yourself and wishing you a Merry Christmas!! :D Thank you again for the genuine and kind comment. Keep being you!
Nice to hear the solo part of this song . That was a quick slide on the fret board and intricate playing. Keep up with the playing my friend :-) all the best. Rock on 👩🏻🎤
Thank you for the lovely comment! :D This is a solo I learnt a while ago and I decided to come back to it. I really enjoy this type of guitar playing.. it makes me feel like I can pour my heart out! :D
I'm wishing you all the best too! Thank you so much :D . I hope you have a fantastic week . Rock on to you too and I hope you're well :)
The beauty of music is it being the universal language for all to enjoy and appreciate. You make the guitar sound great like it's singing nice tune. Wonderful playing. 👍🏻👏🏻🎸Enjoy the rest of the week and take care.
That's so true :) . Very wise of you my friend! I'm happy that even without hearing the original song you're able to enjoy the solo! Honestly it's a big compliment that you think my guitar sounds like it's singing. That is definitely the type of guitar tone I'm going for! I love Dir en grey's guitar tone and I've been trying to achieve it for quite some time. I hope you have a lovely week too :D wishing you all the best!
@Nickshreds890 it's a good solo You've definitely been practicing well it sounded good genuinely. Thank you and you too my friend enjoy the rest of the week and take care :-)
@Nickshreds890 . I'm sorry I've had problems with commenting underneath some comments sorry about that so I may not be able to always respond or if I do they don't post. So if you don't hear from me I'm not being rude or ignoring you. Wishing you all the best
@@SoulFaeWorld Your comments are being posted ! :) so don't worry about that! That's okay, I wouldn't be offended if you didn't reply. I'm honoured that you liked the solo! :D
@@SoulFaeWorld Please have a lovely rest of your week too ! :) Take care and talk soon! I hope your week is going well
What a beautiful tune. I absolutely love the feeling of falling into the rhythm of the song and letting my voice out :) very well expressed nick!!!
Thats my favorite part about "simple" songs that we can relax while we are playing. (I put the word simple in quotation marks because this still seems fairly complex, but not so much that it is overwhelming)
@@ramencafe1 Thank you 🙏 I’m so happy you enjoyed it dude ! It really is a beautiful song . I’ve been quite addicted to it since rediscovering it !
@@ramencafe1 I love singing and playing rhythm guitar too :)! This song is a bit tricky ! A few odd chords like D9, D minor 7, as well as D min7 / C# or at least that’s what I recall !
@@ramencafe1 it’s a nice break from playing music with a lot of lead guitar or the prog metal I often try to learn :). Thank you again my friend ! Have an awesome day
Sounds popish and catchy. You're definitely getting the hang of singing in another language and it's all good practice. It's great that you're sharing other genres of music and uploading varied stuff on your channel. Great performance my friend. Assuming the song about wands going by the title but will later look up the lyrics. Wishing you all the best
Thank you so much for watching! the name of the band is WANDS and the song is called 'Sekai ga owaru made wa...' which means until the world ends :) . It's a beautiful vocal melody and it is quite touching. I'm so happy you enjoyed it and your compliments mean a lot to me! I hope you're doing well too? Yes I'm doing alright thank you! :)
It took me ages to learn the words and chords because there are a lot of chords in this song haha , but it's totally worth it! :)
@@Nickshreds890 sorry about that thank you for letting me know. Sounds good and thank you for the translation of the song. Didn't realise the song was in the anime slam dunk. Well done on learning it all. Must feel rewarding knowing how to play it . Glad you're doing alright hope you'll do well. I'm ok thank you. Enjoy the rest of your week
@@SoulFaeWorld I haven't seen that anime but it's really famous ! :) You don't need to be sorry at all
@@SoulFaeWorld Yeah it's really satisfying to learn a song in Japanese because I have the opportunity to learn new words as well as practice playing guitar . I think that must be good for my brain ! Thank you so much, please have a lovely week too! :) Are you looking forward to Christmas?
Wow well done. Thats quick an advanced solo to do and even the slide at the start quick. Alot of taps and licks technique. Definitely got the gist of this and great choice of song 🎸👍🏻👏🏻 rock on 😎
Thank you so much my friend :) ! You always leave wonderful comments . I’m happy you enjoyed it ! This was the first proper metal song I learned to play on guitar . The solo is super duper flashy and there are multiple sections that are hard 😅. Anyway thank you for appreciating my guitar playing and for the positivity and kindness !! Have an awesome day and take care :)!
@@SoulFaeWorld by the way if there’s a song you want to hear me play I would be happy to learn it ! As long as it isn’t a 30 minute Dream Theater song haha 😂. I do love Dream Theater so much but I think it would take over a year to learn a short Dream Theater song let alone something like Octavarium . I wanted to say thank you again, with all the kind comments you’ve encouraged me a lot!!! Thank you so much . As someone who is sometimes too harsh on myself, it helps to hear that I sound decent / sound good (this song is going to take a bit of work) and I have decided to reduce how much I upload at the moment but ! If you want to hear a song , let me know and I’ll see what I can do :)!! Have a wonderful day and take care :D
@@Nickshreds890 that's very kind of you to say my friend thank you so much :-). I hope you're having an awesome day/night too. Wow one of the first songs you've learnt in terms of it being a heavy metal piece? That is definitely a brave move and challenge. You should be proud of yourself. Thank you that's nice of you to ask people to suggest songs I promise I'll won't suggest a long dream theater song or opeth . Can't think of anything in mind at the moment. I understand that. Sometimes life and other things get in the way so scaling down what videos you'll make or upload has to sometimes take a backseat. If you're taking a break from RUclips then enjoy your time and I'll listen to your future videos when you're back uploading again. I hope you're ok health wise and are ok in yourself though. Edit Theirs just so many songs to think off Think iron man by Ozzy is a true classic and what a sound 🥰. I'm sure you'll surprise us all with other songs you'll decide to learn or play. We can be our own worst critics at times and we can only do our best even for say an auditions to a performance or exam. The fact that you persevere and give it your best shot and have that passion for music, that's all that truly matters. Take care and thank you for your kind words and responses. Wishing you all the best.
@@SoulFaeWorldthank you so so much my friend . I’m only just reading your comment now, it makes me feel very lucky to know that such kind and genuine people such as yourself exist :)
@@SoulFaeWorldthank you for caring ! I’m doing okay and don’t worry I’m not having trouble with my health :) . I appreciate you wanting to check that I’m okay . Thank you so so much my friend . I’ve recorded some videos and will hopefully upload them in the next few days ! You’re right Ozzy Osbournes discography is full of brilliant music ! Goodbye to romance , Mr Crowley , Perry mason , Dreamer, No more tears and a lot more come to mind :) . He also is known for mind blowing guitarists and I really respect them !
Nice! That’s a hard solo man. Keep at it and you’ll be nailing it perfect every time!
You’re right ! Every solo by Randy Rhoades is challenging ! I think this is one of the easier solos believe it or not 😅. Maybe goodbye to romance is also not too crazy. I’ll be sure to keep it up! Guitar and music are my life :) ! Thank you so much for your kind comment !! :)
Hey, it ain't perfect. But hella respect for being able to even shred at all, lord knows I can't. Keep trying to mesh it all together & you've got a solid party trick for life haha. Hope you stick to it dude :)
Thank you so much! :) haha it’s a tricky song that’s for sure ! I’ve been playing for almost 19 years now and playing fast is not easy :) . I definitely play guitar for my own enjoyment but I’m really happy if people like what I’m playing too! Thank you so much dude that’s really kind of you!
Enjoyed the collection of notation sounds for this riff.. 7 string guitar must be more complex to play too. Sounds great as always my friend 👍🏻🎸👏🏻 have a great week ahead and take care. Wishing you all the best :-)
It does take a little bit of getting used to ! I had to tune my guitar down because I find it easier to play in this tuning. Also thank you so much!!!
Originally I was playing around , and then I realised I had written something that was actually half decent. Perhaps it sounds a but generic but I don't mind . I like the neoclassical vibe and heaviness. So I'm personally quite happy with it ! :)
Please take care too!! :) 😊I hope you have a lovely week ! Thank you so so much! I wish you all the best too :)
You have some great ideas dude like this my friend 👌🏻
Thank you !! It means the world that you like my original compositions dude! :D I do plan on recording my original songs into an EP in the near future! I'll be sure to share more of my original songs on RUclips ! I hope you're doing well my friend? Rock on and don't stop shredding :)
Yeah man then harmonics are sweet I can just imagine this in a finished polished version sounding epic bro
@@rossiniogatesI will have to keep at it ! I really like this one and would be happy to write a whole song with it
@@rossiniogatesI just have to get the right equipment for recording and then learn how to use the software 😅! I am very stubborn though so I think I could do it
@@rossiniogatesthank you bro ! That really does mean a lot :)
Loved this 🥳🙌🔥
Thank you so much , I'm happy you liked it! Thank you for encouraging me to do this, I was honestly quite nervous to put make-up on haha but then I realised I was still playing guitar so it wasn't as terrifying as I expected :) Most of my favourite bands wear make-up and visual kei bands/ visual kei music has been part of my life for a long time so I wanted to do a tribute to them. I may have to do this more often.
✨🎸got a nice melodic majestic harp and instrumental sounds. Lovely composition 👍🏻👏🏻
Like the distorted reverb and intricate tapping. Good play :-) all the best
Thank youuu! the technique you're referring to actually is called harp harmonics :) . It means a lot that you take the time to listen and thank you for always supporting me !!
@@SoulFaeWorld I'm not always the best at tapping but I do really enjoy it. I'm sending you all the best too! I hope you have a wonderful week :)
@@Nickshreds890 that's interesting to know thank you for sharing. That's ok :-) I'm glad you'll enjoy doing the tapping technique :-)thank you so much appreciate it. I'm having an ok week thank you so much I hope you're having a great week. Sending you positivity :-)
@@SoulFaeWorldThat’s okay ! I’m glad you found it interesting :)! I know some people get annoyed if all I talk about is guitar 😅.
Beautiful melodies especially in the tapping part, cool harmonics too :)
Thank youuuu my neighbour from NZ! So in case you were wondering, the harmonics I'm using at the start are called harp harmonics and used by plucking the note 12 frets higher! They're beautiful and take a bit of practice but well worth learning! I discovered them from classical guitar originally.
There are plenty of guitarists who do make use of harp harmonics that are not classical players though! Thank you so much :) I'm so happy it resonated with you !
7 string?
Haha yes you are correct ! This is my favourite guitar 🎸 ! I don’t need 7 strings to play L’Arc en ciel but I chose to play it on this guitar :)
Thank you for watching ✌️! Rock on :)
Its great actually
Thank you, that's really kind of you :)! ☺️ have a brilliant day
wow love it bro❤
Thank you 😊 I'm happy you enjoyed it ! Have a great day 😀
Even raw play was great to hear! Nice!
Thank you so much! :D I'm happy you liked it. Especially considering that you've most likely heard the original ! Have an awesome day :) . I love playing the Gazette songs and they inspire me so much! I hope to cover more of their songs as well as Dir en grey and L'Arc en Ciel. And perhaps some other bands like 12012, Rentrer en soi and more haha :)
I wanted to give a shot at one of your videos Suddenly clicked on this one - got satisfied with somewhat cozy vibes Btw, love the Australian accent xDD
Thank you so so much! That means an enormous amount to me!! I was quite nervous as I don't normally talk in my videos. I was feeling so emotional and trying not to cry just thinking about Reita. I'm happy you enjoyed it! It's a relief to hear you found it cozy ! Yess I'm Australian and that's my accent! I will be uploading some videos of myself speaking Japanese soon when I have a chance.
Thank you Tengri my friend :) !! you rock! I hope you're well? :D
Nice soloing and performance.👏🏻👍🏻 Sounds great. Sorry I'm not knowledgeable on Japanese bands but it's nice to hear different music and instrumentals. Great look for Halloween my friend. Reminds me of my teen years when the scene ( colourful emo) or pastel goth look was popular hehe . Love those temporary hair colour sprays too. Anyway the style was called scene over here. Happy Halloween 🎃👻 have a wicked weekend and wishing you all the best. Take care
Thank you so much my friend 😊! I'm really grsteful that you watch my videos my friend ! I hope you're doing well? 😊
It's totally okay, you cant possibly be expected to know all the music in the world :)! I am sure you listen to plenty of music that I am not familiar with 😊
Haha yes I remember when the scene look was popular in the early 2000's ! Visual kei from Japan is quite different but they are both subcultures !! :) I'm so happy you liked my hair and make-up! I was nervous I might get some hate for it 😂
Please have a wonderful weekend too! Take care ! ^_^
Woww I just did some research on pastel goth fashion! It looks so cool! :) I really like the added colours. It makes it more lively and enthusiastic than goth fashion. Though I'm a fan of those fashions . I have met some really lovely goth people but it's also a bit of a scene and if you stop being a goth, your friends might not talk to you. Or at least I heard that from a friend . I think that's really sad and disappointing . It's meant to be a subculture and fun, it shouldn't be about conformity .
The GazettE are one of my biggest influences. I love playing their guitar solos. I didn't play it perfectly , I'm sorry Uruha and Aoi 😂, Reita , Ruki and Kai. I love them so much I hope you can hear my passion for guitar and you like my hair and make-up! :)
