    Have you worked with Nanopore technologies for long mRNA sequences? Do you have a kit for FFPE tissue?

      Hi Joshua, thanks for reaching out! Yes we have previously worked with Nanopore technology and our kits are compatible. You would need to use the ONT kits to generate compatible libraries after cDNA generation. At this point unfortunately we do not offer solutions for FFPE tissue.
