RE: 1:18:30 -ish: She mentions you can't have both training and exam screen open at the same time. How will we have an open book test reviewing study material, if we can't have the training open with the exam? (Normally, we would have a second screen open, but as she said, she clicked "Next Lesson" from right inside the training material to get to the Exam.)

Since everything resets and work is lost what would really be useful is an estimate of time from beginning to end because only having time to get 3/4 through is very annoying.

I don't understand how paying off a loan is a debit when debits increase on the right and debits decrease on the left. And a loans are on the left as a Liability so how is it a debit when it's paid off?

I have a question for a final I'm taking. I really don't like the way they worded the question. They ask After clicking the wheel (gear icon) at the top of the Dashboard page,which option should you select if you need to activate account numbers in the Chart of Accounts list? Here are the four possible answers are 1) All list and I know that is a no but the last two bother me because they are yes in some kind of way so after another no 2) Products and services you are given the 3) Chart of Accounts and 4) account and settings. They changed this mid class and I'm still confused. I was not able to log into the class for the first week of class and I feel lost at this point on this. I think the answer is Account and settings, but you are also in the chart of account. It says so in the question. Google says I'm right, but my book says it is Chart of accounts, and I don't know who is right. I hope someone can get me right on this. I don't trust Google AI at this point because it has lied to me about other questions. I've asked of it. sorry for the long question but I am your first so it should be long right? I guess I'm confused because you do go to account and settings but then after the advanced key you are in the Chart of accounts and that is confusing for me. I still think I am right that it is asking for Account and Settings I just want a yes I'm doing it right. I know the steps it is just the wording of the question at this point for me. The thing that has me confused is mid class we got a update that says to assign account numbers you go settings or gear icon. Then select Chart of accounts to Action dropdown menu select edit add account numbers in the number column then once you're done ,select save and close it is just so many ways to get there that I'm confused. The way you showed in the video is the way I understand. I'm sticking with Account and Settings as my answer it's just an odd way of asking the question considering you can get to the numbers in three of the ways they ask. The only thing that directs you is the gear icon or settings button whatever you want to call it.

when receiving the next bills we will keep decreasing that Vendor Prepayment account until it becomes 0, after that we just follow the normal workflow when we receive a bill and pay it. is that right?

I think the smart QB should be smarter to deal with that issue, it makes me dizzy. thanks for the explanation.
