I feel the same way. It really is disgusting the stuff we find we pay good money for these stores just throw away instead of donating it. Truly a wasteful society. And then sometimes when we're caught people say no you can't go in there, whatever (happened to me again the other day) and it's like we are doing people a favor by donating and saving new stuff from the landfill. It's like, thank God for us actually. Great score 🎉😊

Wear gloves
Before you let your dog use that kennel you should sanitize it with a solution of water and bleach than rinse very well and let it dry completely in the sun. Even though it appears to be clean, the previous pet could have had something like parvovirus. That nasty virus almost killed my 7 month old dog. I got him to the vet in time but he had to be in isolation for 2 weeks. He had watery diarrhea, had no appetite and had to be hooked up to intravenous feeding. At one point his intestines started folding in on itself and they had to rush him into surgery. That's when he almost died, but thank God we had a awesome vet who refused to give up. Parvovirus is SUPER contagious and the virus can remain on surfaces for a YEAR. When Max came home we had to be careful about bleaching every area he pooped or peed on to kill the virus. We had to alert anyone coming onto our property about Max's parvo infection along with bleach wipes and spray so people could disinfect their shoes when they left our property. Ironically I have a pool technician and when I informed him he commented how we were the 3rd customer who had a parvo infected dog on his route. Well now we knew HE was the one who brought that deadly virus onto our property! Sorry for the long comment but if you love your dog as much as we loved ours just be careful about the used pet supplies. Max's hospital stay and vet bill cost us THOUSANDS of dollars!

But I’m way ahead of u 👍 I have been Dumpster Diving like a decade before I have even thought about RUclips Lol so I have a rule about what I bring home and clean 🧼 everything even before I donate and if u seen my past video @ DG where I found all the chemicals and all those small & big containers I clean sanitized and bleach those containers very well but I’m glad ur baby is okay and back home with u guys!! I had a dog name precious that had Polvo as well and it took weeks for her to get over it. We had to feed her rice and water and that was it and she finally got over it after weeks and we had to clean and bleach everything in the house she couldn’t have any contact with any dogs at the time, it was crazy!! @@theresaburleigh146 Yeah I usually do wear sneakers or actually I use boots but I wasn’t planning on dumpster diving because I just got off work. It was more like a spontaneous thing and My Son was with me so I was like let’s go, but if you will check out my old videos, especially the one where my vehicle my Dodge Durango got stolen. I had a long rake hoe Like rake that I can use as a grabber and I did have a grabber several of them actually and I did have a good stepping ladder, but they all got stolen so slowly, but surely I’m going to get on one by one because I can’t afford to get everything at one time and I do wear gloves. It only had one that day, and for some reason, I kept using the one glove to hold either the flash light or the phone when I had to use the phone as the camera Lol 💙💚🤍

@@theresaburleigh146 Hello 👋 I’m glad u enjoy my video!!!🤩🤗 yeah if you could see in the video, I have the camera on top of my head because I was using the GoPro when it doesn’t get overheated or go out and then I have to switch back to my phone and I have My Son record I did used to have a light on my head before I had to put the GoPro on my head because I’m too short to use the chest mount GoPro that I have the strap for the chest and I have a light that goes around my neck but it’s not a strong light. I found out after I ordered it Lol 🤦🏻♀️ but when I get the money, I do have my eye on a flash light that is lightweight and triangle shaped, and you can just stick it on the dumpster. I mean this flashlight I had in the video you can stick it to the dumpster as well as magnetic , but we didn’t charge the lights so that’s why I had to keep clicking it dumpster life problems Lol and I try to stay away with doing night dumpster dives. I really pretty much do them during the day but my full-time job comes first so I didn’t have time to dive earlier so I did it kinda late. Thanks for ur suggestions! I appreciate u!!! Are you keeping the chair? Went to an apartment complex last night, one where I have had some good luck, and found an HP laptop! Well... 😢😧😠☹️ Bummer was it was destroyed. In about 30 pieces. Demolished. I took the M.2, as that was about the only thing that wasn't broken. It was a nice 17" laptop... Hugs and kisses my friend queen and goddess. Thank you ❤️🥰😘 💕🌹😻 Nice thumb drives!
