It depends. Is it a flat price for a haircut? Or it is a different price for a "trim" compared to a "haircut?" If it is two different prices then he should be charged the two prices. The customer asked for a specific service and received said service but then asked for a second, and different service.

Nope people make appointments for reasons. It could lose a reliable customer and the walk in may never return I'd ask him to wait. Though depends if you.have 20 minutes you may be done by the time the next appointment so......

I mean, sometimes i'm the one that gets squeezed in so I don't mind if I wait a few extra minutes for my appointment, if i'm in a rush, I won't hit the shop in the first place.

If the customer get's up from the chair when the Barber says done and then come back and ask for a shorter haircut then it's two haircuts. If the customer remains in the chair and never get's up then it's an ongoing haircut.
