@@premierandluxuryhomes-patr6040 Why a bridge? Parklinks by Ayala and Bridgetowne by Robinsons are on one piece of land. Just wondering if they will be accessible to each other by roads or there will be a wall between the two estates

Hi Patrick. Any news on when the Skyway connections to Arca would be started?
Thanks for reaching out, Mr. Ed! I currently have no concrete updates on when it would start, but last I heard was right of way was an on-going issue and construction can't start while that is not resolved by DPWH. Rest assured, it will inevitably be accomplished! In other news, our own stop for the Metro Manila Subway (FTI stop) is set to be finished and operational by Q3 2027!

Boss bakit saksakan ng kupad ang construction jan sa arca.? Yung mall kalansay parin. 2012 pa yan sinumulan
Actually boss, 2014 lang po nakuha ng Ayala itong estate. Previously, ito po ay Food Terminal Incorporated (FTI). Ang mall po around 2018 lang po sinimulan iconstruct ng Ayala if hindi po ako nagkakamali. Considering po na may pandemya, tingin ko ay makikita niyo okay naman ung pace ng construction sa Arca.

The remaining 46 hectares remains in FTI.[2]

Since sa Wikipedia niyo rin naman po nakuha ung pinaste niyo dito, sana po sinama niyo rin ung remaining sentence - "In 2013, Ayala Land renamed their property into Arca South.[3] " Although the official sale was announced 2012, the estate was only official renamed to "Arca South" in mid to late 2013 as Ayala announced their plan to develop the estate. The following year po, 2014, was when the development started. As for the mall, sana po ay nasagot ko na sa unang reply ko. 2017-2018 ang mall sinimulan. In fact, nandun na rin siya sa Wikipedia source na ginamit niyo. I hope I addressed your concerns sir. Have a good day! :)
