How much do these run? I love the height sizes of the rooms and the kitchen layout. It would be nice to have these with a walk in closet too 😊
I really love this model. I think I'd add a Murphy bed to the downstairs bedroom, add storage for art supplies and make it a creative/work/guest space (aiming at my elderly parents having a sleep over). One upstairs space for lounging with a tv, the other my bedroom :)

That’s not a tiny Home. Is part of a modular complex. Or also know as A portable Site Building. They even make Modular school buildings. Most people would have seen the school version if your in Australia
It actually is a tiny home on wheels - the complex around it is a shipping container and a shed built by the owner before we delivered the tiny home in position.
Hey there! This is in fact a tiny house on wheels ☺ The client has built an alfresco area with shipping containers for garden and landscaping supply storage, which the tiny house sits next to. Our homes are built on trailers, not like the demountable buildings schools use here in Aus.
