Is there a video where you talk about the fuse box too?

I just bought a van last week. Yesterday I got some 50cm folding shelf brackets and now have a 50cm x 120cm table attached to the cage at the front of the van (sitting above the lone back seat). Will be ace for everything I need!

Watched all the videos and was a good watch. You’ve done a great job. I’m just about to buy an express myself to fit out so found some really good tips and value out of these videos so thank you. Most importantly well done🤙. I do have one question, the bare bits of metal throughout the van, do they get much condensation do you you get many mold problems??

I have a board sitting with boxes on either end as my desk….It’s been working but this video might inspire me to do this!

I’m not a fan of how you did the sealer at the end but I guess you won’t get to see it much, just looks a bit messy other wise good job👍

The stuff you put on it wasn't rust guard, it was rust converter, it does absolutely nothing to bare rust free metal and it does nothing to prevent rust on rust free metal. It converts existing rust to an inert substance. Should use rust guard or high zinc paint or cold gal on bare metal to prevent it from rusting.

Awesome conversion. I want to convert my express but I cant see realistically how it could sleep myself and my adult son who has D S. If anyone has done it please drop a link. I would appreciate it.

I’m about to do up a ‘98 at the moment and this is my worst nightmare...so I’m just doing it up as a makeshift camper until I know the van is sound enough to start forking out good money on it. But it can still break down when you least expect 🙁 So sorry this had to happen to you. Hope the next van turns out to be a beauty.

in canadian winters, having a window in the divider wall is just a waste of heat and money. i'd rather have the insulation of a full solid wall.
