Get Up - I Spy
Kelly Robinson and Alexander Scott are partners in the murky game of espionage. During their tenure, they are very successful agents and often see good outcomes from their work, but they are also confronted by beloved teachers going bad; old friends who betray them; innocents destroyed by the shadowy world in which they live. What makes the pair most admirable is their loyalty and perseverance. No matter what knocks them down, they'll get up and give it their best; over and over and over again.
All footage and dialog is from "I Spy". Music is "Get Up" by Shinedown (including the bridge section from the karaoke version from the Party Time Karaoke Channel).

No Hopers, Jokers, and Rogues - Blake's 7
Просмотров 22611 месяцев назад
The crews of the Liberator and the Scorpio never did have much hope, only a fool's hope, but they had many moments where it looked like they really might manage it: succeed in their plans, find a little peace and comfort in the galaxy, and avoid killing each other while they were at it. The music is "No Hopers, Jokers, and Rogues" by Fisherman's Friends as well as a clip of "Blow the Man Down" ...
Brave - Buster Keaton

Buster Keaton's characters often had their courage challenged and whether they rose to the occasion with aplomb or shied away, they generally managed to both inspire and evoke sympathy. The music is Sara Bareilles' Brave and the clips all come from Buster Keaton's movies/shorts.
Farewell - Peter Cushing's Sherlock Holmes
Просмотров 145Год назад
A glimpse into the world of Sherlock Holmes, as Peter Cushing portrayed him. I have cheated and borrowed a little video from "The Blood Beast Terror" (1968), wherein Cushing plays a police inspector during the same era (this helps compensate for the missing footage from his time in the BBC series). I have also included his 1959 version of "The Hound of the Baskervilles", a story he got to do tw...
Do Badder - Blake's 7 - Vila Restal
Просмотров 2242 года назад
If we wanted to take a moral from the whole of "Blake's 7", "Don't be a do-badder" might well serve. Our lovable miscreants have so many moments where the audience is prompted to think 'this could all work out for them', if only they didn't get right back to bickering, manipulation, and mistrust. Vila Restal particularly fits the lovely song, borrowed from "Robin and the Seven Hoods". The song ...
Run Around - The Prisoner
Просмотров 1322 года назад
'The Prisoner' - an endless conflict between individualism and collectivism. No matter what goals were pursued or who had the upper hand in any given episode, the unwillingness of the main participants to give ground meant that everyone was sent on the run around. (Though, naturally, our hero bore the brunt of this). The song is 'Run Around' by Blues Traveller. The clips are all from 'The Priso...
Busy Doing Nothing - Laurel and Hardy
Просмотров 15 тыс.3 года назад
Good old Laurel and Hardy, they managed to keep thoroughly occupied while accomplishing very little in their pictures. Their good humor and camaraderie more than compensated for their ineptitude though. The song is "Busy Doing Nothing" by Bing Crosby (and company). The clips all come from Laurel and Hardy movies. They have been combined purely for entertainment's sake.
Take to the Sky - The A Team

The good captain of course filled many roles in Hannibal's plans over the years, but there's no arguing that flying will always be his favorite. The song is Owl City's "Take to the Sky". All clips are taken from episodes of "The A-Team". They have been combined for your viewing pleasure.
Can't Complain - Harold Lloyd
Просмотров 4253 года назад
This tribute is meant to showcase the resilience and pluck so typical of Harold Lloyd's characters. Goodness knows, they faced enough in the way of dreadful coincidences, surly types, and general bad luck, but they had a winning tendency to carry on regardless. The music is "Can't Complain" by Reliant K. The clips all come from Harold Lloyd pictures from various periods.
Following You Around - Randall and Hopkirk Deceased
Просмотров 3,1 тыс.4 года назад
When a person can only be seen and heard by a single living soul, social opportunities become a tad limited. Dear Marty Hopkirk, as such, spends all his time following Jeff Randall around, for better of for worse. The song is "Following You Around" as sung by Morcambe & Wise. All clips come from "Randall and Hopkirk Deceased".
Oklahoma City Times - Persuaders!

If there was one thing that Danny Wilde and Lord Sinclair had in common, it was drive. I think everyone can agree they left an imprint. The song is "Oklahoma City Times" by the Limelighters. All clips are from "The Persuaders!".
Danny Kaye - Believe it or Not
Просмотров 6154 года назад
Danny Kaye's characters were often looped into plots beyond their ordinary scope and much of their charm comes from watching them falter or fly in their new circumstances. Please enjoy this musical tribute to an incredibly versatile actor. The song is "Believe it or Not" by Mike Post, Stephen Geyer, and Joey Scarbury. Clips are from "A Song is Born", "Hans Christian Anderson", "Knock on Wood", ...

You Make Me Feel So Young - Gilligan's Island Tribute
As a long time Hogan’s Heroes fan, I love edits for them. These men are just so fun!🎉
@@Collager They certainly are.🙂
R.I.P. Kenneth Cope and Mike Pratt.
What a brilliant combo! ❤
Ich liebe diese Reihe mit Humphrey❤❤❤
😂😂🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Great clip collection. 👍Harold was genius.
I am glad you enjoyed it. His work really is phenomenal.
The one when the Chimpanzee was Great 👍 They should have done another Episode with Freddy 😊
😮😊❤🎉.
Is this evidence that Laurel and Hardy sang the song? It sounds like them, but when did they record it?
That's actually a Harley in the first clip.
This show never really recovered from the loss of the Liberator.
It was certainly a crushing blow.
Great job of editing and combining clips and music. If you know nothing else about Harold Lloyd, this video shows how many different films he made. From early one and two reels to full features to a few sound films later on. More on screen output than Chaplin and Keaton combined. He's much more than just the young man hanging from a clock arm high above a street.
Love this, love Harold!!!❤❤
A great tribute to a great holmes!
I'm glad you approve. :)
I really love this. I have been a huge fan of Harold for many years and I like Buddy Holly's songs too. What a great combination!!!! Thank you for this.❤
Love the commisioner too!
Does anyone know what the background music is? It's so familiar but I just can't place it.
Two pieces by Vic Mizzy. This first half is "How to Frame a Figg", theme from a 1971 film of the same name. The second half is "Gomez" from the 1960s version of "The Addams Family".
Thanks very much. I should have known the second one but I certainly had no idea about the first one.@@Aileil
Absolutely the best!
Josephine Jobert is the show ! Gorgeous
I love how everybody went from thinking "whose this clown" in his first episode to eventually realising hes the best detective. No shame on the other detectives though, theyre all brilliant!
So precious! How I love them.❤❤😊😊
Same with anyone who is happy with this video! I'm loving this!❤
Uwielbiam ten film, Kris Marshall pasuje do swojej roli
The reason I'm here is because I only started watching death in paradise when it has Neville. Mum and dad, after seeing I liked death in paradise, kept calling me Humphrey Goodman, saying I was like him because I'm klutzy but clever, so I watched this and fell in love with his character👍
Harold is totally gorgeous what more can I say !! I love the music too.💝💘
I'm glad you enjoyed it. :)
if hugh grant was a copper this is how he would carry it off lol
👍
Humphrey is so funny! Wish he'd stayed a little longer.
Best detective and best looking
He was my favourite funny detective EDIT- now we get to watch him again in beyond paradise on bbciplayer 😁🌴💪
anyone else wonder how he got back into the room so fast after falling out the window, I mean it was a brillliant recovery but how did he do it
That was beautiful 👍
Thank you kindly.
Love this TV show, one of my favorites <3
He was the best detective ever. He's coming back im character in a new Detective series in a small town in England with the woman who played his ex wife.
Very creative! I loved the matching of the clips to the song, some were pretty rare!
I am glad you enjoyed it.
The song is from the movie "A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court". With Bing Crosby, William Bendix and Cedric Hardwicke singing this song.
What an irresistible combination! Eric and Ernie and Randall and Hopkirk! Thank you!
Sad
Epic show. Great music
I'd love to jump into that screen and be there with fun people from a time that we will never ever see again ever PERIOD!!!!!
IDIOT UPLOAD YOU MORON.
My Dad used to always sing this song. He died July 30, 2021 a happily retired man. Thank you for uploading
I learned this song from my father. I am sorry to hear you lost your father so recently - that must be very hard. But i am glad to hear he was contented. <3
@@Aileil Aw he had a good sense of humour. Thanks for sharing this made me smile :)
don't know why you'd go to all the trouble of making a "tribute" and ruining it with godawful background noise !!
"Klink, Vhat is this man doing heeeere!"
Love hogan's heroes all my child hood
All old memories will never go away it will ways be there for you

I really enjoyed this.
Humpfrey was gold. But I liked Mooney just ad much
Please remember the writers, too, because even the greatest actors cannot breathe life into a lousy script.
Please is unnecessary and annoying like Trump
