how much to make one of these ?
You can find the kit on my website at Totalelectricaltraining.co.uk

You bite your finger nails?
How to I get access down there? It appears the previous owners have wood lining the entire outside of the tub with no entry option??
THe wooden panels also usually come off, unless someone has done a cowboy job, and left no way to open for access. You need to look carefully around for any hidden screws or just gently pry the wooden panel open from the lip of the tub all the way along, and see what's holding it there. Every house is different, I can't tell what they have done on yours.

Thank you for the video. On my Bisley model, I tried pulling the drawer off like you showed but it wouldn't budge, then I noticed at the bottom front sides of every drawer, there was a tiny black metal latch thingy about 5mm squared that had been purposely bent into the cabinets rail to grip it on. I needed a small flat head screwdriver to push the tiny black metal latch thingies back off the rails... and voila'. the drawer was set free just like Willy.
Thanks. All these have been mentioned in the description of the video for people to read too.
This was amazing
Thanks
Where to download your program and where to get simulator
I don't think there's a free software to download, but not sure. you have to buy the software. sorry
I've lost the key to mine, its two drawer, it's locked and i can't get in, where do i get keys from please.

Can these techniques be used to jump start a 7.5 Ah V60 lithium ion battery which contains circuitry inside which prevents charging when voltage is too low? The battery powers a lawn mower among other tools
I don't quite get what you mean by circuitry preventing the charge when the voltage is too low. When the voltage is low that's when you need to charge! In general If your battery has two points of contact for charging as explained in the video, then this can charge it provided you have the right voltage and current to charge.
Mine doesn’t turn on at all when i press the button:(
either the switch is broken, which you will need to change or just follow the video instruction and fill the tube with air, and that might solve the problem. Links are in the description to buy the parts if need be.
When I press my button I can hear/feel water behind the button (and it has trouble turning on). Will this help?
it's not water, it's pressure built up, Yes this should help it.
I cannot find any access panel. The tub is completely tiled up.
sorry, I don't know what to say unless I see it. If there's no access, then no one can repair it unless they take the tiles off or somehow access it. sorry again!
My motor wont turn off...its been on for 3 days and its starting to smell bad
The switch must have stuck on the ON position, you need to follow the video and switch it off by pulling the tube out and pumping air in it. Your switch might be broken too, which means you will have to change the w=switch. The links are in the description to buy the switch or other parts.
Or turn it off at the breaker
over my head
So how did you get to that part, did you cut the side of the tub off???
The side panel comes off; In most cases, it just pops off, you just need to find a place to pry it from under the tub lip and gently pry it along the lip of the tub. In some cases the panel might be screwed to the frame of the tub, and somehow concealed, so look around carefully.
Yes
Awesome video, electricals doesn't come easy to me especially anything to do with frequency. Your explanations are great and the step by step really clears things up 👍 Thank you

Bro, I can tell you’re intelligent and kno what you’re doing, but you’re hard to watch 😂 I thought u were never gonna get to it

Hi After what seems a battle I finally got my draws out of a used Bisley, so I could carry the the empty unit upstairs. Now I cant get them back in. I was replacing a 4 draw cabinet No make on it ) I have used it for 40 year + Draws a dream. I think with my jigsaw its maybe anout to be turned into a 2 draw unit GRRR JOMEL
You need to reverse the process of taking the drawers out. First have the runners completely out, then put the drawer back on the runners, and make sure it goes into the right place, before pushing the drawer back in the cabinet make sure the key if you have one is in and turned half way up, so the locks don't stop the drawers to go back in. hope that helps. Watch my video in reverse! LOL!
I'm an electronic engineer to trade but will turn my hand to most things if I get some training/advice beforehand. My WB boiler (which I thought was the right one to buy and not some cheap junk) kept throwing out this "EA" error, it was random and mostly cured itself. However, on occasion it didn't, so I simply phoned Corgi under their service plan and an engineer came out. The last 2 times they came out they could not fix it, one of them was at it for 4 hours (2 away from the house). In the end the boiler came on but this left me feeling I needed to change the damn thing. Yesterday it went again. The place was really cold and I was really pissed off. I had cancelled my Corgi plan because the guys never really fixed it so why would I pay money? I came across this video and could see that I could do the check on the electrodes (power off, no water demand..blah, blah) long story short, the electrodes on my boiler looked like xmas trees, there's no way ANYONE has cleaned them recently if even EVER. I cleaned them down with a small brass wire brush and carefully re-assembled the boiler. When I turned it back on it still showed the EA error but after clearing it (something I was getting really good at) It all worked first time, rads and hot water. So, thank you Mr Tavassoli. 👍 There's an awful lot of gas safe and "approved" so called engineers out there, I'm sure for each one there is a moron who thinks he can tell others what they should and should not be doing. I have worked in the construction industry and that is rife with useless tradesmen.
Thank you Stuart for your support and comment. I appreciate it.Yes those morons are growing like mad in every trade, and the funny thing is I got a lot of B.S from them for this video telling me I should stick to my own field and so on to the point I got so sick of it, and removed this video from my channel, then I saw other helpful RUclipsrs being also pestered by the same sort of so called engineers, and decided to put the video back on. I'm glad this helped you as it helped others too, but I'd highly recommend changing the electrodes for new ones, because if they are that bad, they're bound to go again soon, so it's best to have the right electrodes ready to replace them as soon as you can. I think I have the links to the parts in the description of my video, but if not, you can find on Amazon by looking for your boiler model. Thanks again.
@@totalelectricaltraining yes I’ve ordered a new set. You saved me a lot of money so I’ve bought you some coffees on Patreon. As for all the doubters out there, they probably don’t even know what ionisation even means!!😊
@@fintimwhimbim Yes, you're absolutely right, they don't They are just monkeys, Monkey see, monkey do. Thanks a lot again, I really appreciate it.
Thanks, really useful. That got me started. Mine had the small tabs you refer to. They are quite difficult to see unless you know where exactly they are. I resorted to force unfortunately that threw the runners off within the cabinet but thankfully no serious damage resulted. On analysing the draws and runners once out in the light I found the tabs. They are part of the black metal sheet that makes up the draw and are small, about 5mm high. They are situated right at the very front of the runners immediately below the lip on the rail that glides along the top of the runner wheel. they are bent into a square cut-out in the end of the runners. They need to be just bent back flat with a flat headed screwdriver. Once bent back the draw lifts up with no effort at all. If you have to use any force at all you are, like me initially, doing it wrong. When you refit the draw just make sure you bend them out again slightly with the screwdriver from inside the draw to stop the draw lifting. Another tip:- before refitting the draw lock the cabinet to raise the locking mechanism to ensure the bar that projects from its side runs along the top of the plastic locking guide that runs along the length of the draw on keyhole side of the cabinet. push the draw i half way and then unlock it to allow the draw to fully close. If that little bar site underneath the the plastic guide, the draw will be pushed upwards when attempting to close it and it wont shut.
Thanks for watching, and am glad my video was helpful. Thanks also for your tips to help others.
Super explained
Welcome
Hi, this is great. Dont laugh at me but how do I open the tub to access the interior
LOL, All bathtubs have a front panel, which is usually plastic or could be wooden, that usually just pops off, but sometimes they have been screwed, so you need to look around and see if you can see any screws hidden somewhere or the panel can just be popped off the lip of the tub. Thanks for watching

Can I charge 36 volt ion battery with 12 volt Charger if I charge long time will it work.
no, sorry! Because your maximum supply is 12 volts. The battery doesn't store charge, it only gets charged to the maximum you can supply.
get a junk 19V laptop Chargers, charge it, simple. Black Wire is negative and White Wire is Positive. Whats so hard about doing that???? You made this whole thing with the extra board they need to buy and the Multimeter and the rest of your BS. a 19V Laptop charger will charge any 18v cordless battery without overcharging it, because can't go over 19V.s Common sense. What is so hard to do it with a laptop Charger?? you can find them in the garbage. 😂😂🤣🤣😂🤣😂😂🤣😂
Good luck with your laptop battery charger! You seem to have lost the plot completely mate! This video is even titled clearly as "Universal battery charger", I see you failed to even read the title. Your whole B.S comment is clearly an indication of your lack of knowledge and you trying to get a confirmation as to whether or not your bright idea is any good! I leave it to you to discover it the hard way, but never the less, it's never going to be a Universal battery charger that can be set to charge any rated battery. So there!
Be nice to have a solar charger project tie in where it charges the battery than later to power the tool fan lights than power your tablets so and so. My tool batteries do those things. Have an usb and usbc adapter from 12 volt cigarette adapter. Usb adapter works good because it max input is 24v. So 20 volt battery does well. And it fast charges my samsung s tab 8.
Does universal charger can charge a dead cordless drill battery?
Possibly. If the battery is not completely ruined.
Thanks for the reply . My cordless drill battery is in good condition but no more power in it .when I connect universal charger to the battery charger doesn't lit. Can you tell me why?
@@chandrakantpatel7395 The TET runs off of the battery to start with, so if the battery is already dead, it can't turn on, to enable you to set the charging value etc. You can try one attempt, which might or might not resolve the issue. you can connect the power supply that you are connecting to the charger, at the same time in parallel with the battery, and connect to the TET as they should be, then set your values and once set, take the power source off the battery, but not the input of the TET. I hope it was clear. I don't have the means to make a video of that or I would.
Thank you so much for this. Excellent video and it's exactly what I'm looking for. I really appreciate your time. I do have a question though. I've looked this module up XH-M603 or some variant of that. The module is a 'Lithium' battery charger. How then could this charge a your car battery (a Lead Acid battery)? Were your referring to the Lithium cells now used in vehicles? Or doesn't it matter? Thanks for your video.

Thanks for letting me know. It's corrected now here's the link again: totalelectricaltraining.co.uk/battery-charger-kit-1/
Excellent - Thank you for sharing !
Just go buy the right charger! Not too complicated! Lol!
Just go back to your cave. People want something that worls for everything, as indicated in the title "Universal", if you keep buying, then what's the point of that? Plus the cost of each charger is almost usually the same as the whole tool.
Thank you :)

I have a couple of concerns here. Most lithium ion batteries are equipped with an internal bms and should be charged through the dedicated charging connection, not the normal load connection. This is to protect against one cell being overcharged and causing a fire/explosion, if the cells get out of balance. The bms monitors each individual cell and if there’s a significant difference it can disconnect the charging current. By charging through the load terminals, you by pass the bms and disable this crucial safety feature. That brings me to my second point. Lithium batteries are current sensitive. They have very low internal resistance, so they need a current limited charger, to prevent damage through excessive current. They are also temperature sensitive, and should never be charged at very low temperatures. You need to refer to the data sheet for specifics for each battery type. But for normal folk, charging in a normal domestic situation, we can probably ignore the temperature. Professional tool chargers do take account of it, however. So, in addition to your set start and stop voltages, there needs to be a maximum current limit setting, which will vary from battery to battery. Some are quite robust and will withstand fast charging, potentially 3 or 4 amps, but many are not and will sustain damage at less than 1 amp. Finally, most batteries are not fully charged at their rated nominal voltage. Many are, in fact, effectively fully discharged if they show their rated voltage with no load applied. So your 18v battery, in all probability, should be charged to 20v, before shutting down. But the makers data sheet must be consulted and complied with. All of that notwithstanding, your little control board is impressive and would be ideally suited to non lithium battery types, including the lead acid found in cars, motorcycles, garden equipment, burglar alarms and various other products where high current at low voltage might be required. Thank you for an interesting video
OK. Let me save your time, your comment is just another one of those typical ones that are too worried about charging a battery; Listen Ihave explained this in my videos, not particularly in this video, but the revised version of this video, which you should see it come up at the end of this one, where I address these typical concerns. This charger is for any battery lithium or carbon monoxide or TNT type, AS LONG AS they have TWO wires or points of contacts to be charged as shown in this video and the other video, and your original charger doesn't do any miracle charging a two point battery, but doing exactly what this charger does. The middle point you're talking about in this case is not even connected to anything as shown in the video, it's just a gimmick. As explained again in my revised video for "concerned people" like yourself, If you have a battery with more than three ACTUAL points of contacts (Not just a decorative third point), then you need to pick the other battery charger board that I show in my video and I have in my website. SO I suggest you watch the other video and listen carefully before jumping your gun! Thanks! Take care and be safe!.
Thank you for this!!! was a massive help!!!

My problem is i have good 40v 2.0 Mah and can't buy charger anywhere for my mower any ideas as what I can use thanks
Absolutely Brilliant, thank you, Just done mine. I had to take the bulb housing off and fit it on the new one so that took a little bit longer. The part is really expensive in the UK, some were charging £178, got mine from Autodoc in Germany for £38 plus £12 delivery. It came in about 4 days. The only bit I struggled with a little was removing the plug as I couldn't find the release tab so I watched your video again and found it in the middle at the bottom of the plug, lifted it and the plug just popped out. Absolutely brilliant, saved me a fortune, thanks.

Hi Sir. Why we are using normally close limit switch button for open lamp & normally open limit switch for shut lamp?
On this occasion, there's no difference, I used them both to show how you can use each one for different things. But be careful, sometimes like E_Stop buttons have to be normally closed for safety reasons. Thanks for watching and your interest.
