Now turn around and time the uphill. 😂😂 I’m an ex pro mountain bike racer and motorcycle racer (yeah, I had to plug myself, I’m the fastest dude in my house…just ask me).. There’s a lot of trails I’d be just as fast or maybe even a little faster on my mountain bike, but there’s way more trails I would be way faster on on my dirtbike. Interestingly enough, after my supercross career (I was riding mountain bikes for training in the mid and late 80’s), I naturally started doing well it downhill MTB races. I always said my downhill mountain bike skills came from my dirtbike skills. Back in the 90s we had an event called something like the mountain bike motocross crossover event that Mercedes Gonzalez put on. The two years I did it I won, primarily because of my motocross background. That said, I was blown away at how many of my professional mountain bike downhiller competitors sucked on the motocross track. I would be like, how can you be so good on a mountain bike and so bad on a dirtbike as to me they are the same skills are very similar. 😂😂. Like my brother-in-law, Philip Tinstman, who could out jump me on a bicycle was gonna kill himself on the motocross track. At one point (when he was crawling to the bathroom on his hands and knees after ejecting over a double or triple) I had to tell him , dude you are not allowed to jump any doubles or triples until you learn how to corner, learn how to use your brakes and proper body position. Anyway, that event was cool because it gave me the one chance of the year to beat the guys that were smoking me on the downhill course. 😂😂 Short story long, Moto compliments your mountain bike skills and vice versa.

Now this is what #GettingSeattime is all about! Also, I've see you race that two stroke at a sprint enduro. I know you've got more in the tank to give that course! 🤘🏻🤙🏻
