Lyrics: I grew up in a little town in Southwest Kansas down by the sagebrush hills where the land runs on for miles. Wild September, I remember, he took my hand and led me into the wheat fields where the fireflies and ladybugs fly. Now I’m sitting here and wondering why did I ever say goodbye, staring at this Colorado sky. I’m dreaming of sunsets far from me. I heard Colorado was the place to b...

FIRST!
Are you related to Graydon Stephens?
Awesome. Would love to see more.
What a beautiful voice! Nice Job!
Lol this was like the same setup we had. Same trucks tractors but way older combines
Beautiful! Always loved wheat harvest, it's nice to see this. Where in Kansas was this?
Dad, thank you so much for recording this. I am overwhelmed with the beauty in my life in the form of you, and in Mom, and in Laura and Chaz. Thank you for allowing me to enjoy it all the way here in St. Louis.
Dad, I love watching you love everything around you... your beautiful wife; your amazingly talented eldest child; your gorgeous home; your sweet puppy. It’s so sweet seeing you appreciate everything in this video as you focus on it.
That was cute but they got cut off.
They both have amazing voices. Daisy and Abner were cast perfectly
my band is doing this show and i feel like while the visuals were great the music lacked. its very difficult to march i obviously understand that since i do march lol. just make sure the music is as grand as your marching and the show will improve exceptionally
He has a great voice! Nice job, man!
Wow they're incredible!!!
You guys sound really really great. Especially for a high school. Eve deserves to be nominated for a NHSMTA :)
I thought that was pretty good! I didn't really like the scream by the guard member in the third movement, but who am I to judge that? Compared to my band, this band is good! Maybe that's because we haven't been that good since my freshman year...
ah memories. Can't wait to see all the great shows this year.
great visuals but i wont say anything about the pit, is not what is on the score plus is just really bad, im sorry :(
This is my bands show this year. That was an excellent show! I love your visuals! Great job dude

Let's just say that whoever it was was out of line in their comment and it doesn't matter what school it was from. Thank you other schools though for being supportive of Maize and I wish you the best of luck and Maize for the years to come.
Vaisnt is completely right. i mean da-amn.
Maize needs to stop throwing around that the first comment was from Derby until we actually know. I'm sorry for the assumptions of some of my fellow band members, and also for the unnecessary retaliation we took against your show.
Oh and I must say as well.. I'm assuming the bottom comment is Derby because of the attitude and rivalry towards Maize. if tis some other school I apologize but the disrepect is repulsive and unnecessary.
Here's my view. I'm neutral to the schools, yet experianced and watched every school preform. Goddard comp: Maize did so well, I saw Derby's preformance and i couldn't believe it.. The band was outstaged by Color Guard! The show was a big crowd pleaser.. the lack of talent and how the attention was drawn from the most important thing, the band. Neewollah: Maize was clearly the best and its sad if one school can't let it go for one season, let the others shine and respect the judges!
Hey you with the bad attitude...wut's your problem...i bet you don't even kno what your talkin bout...did you watch maize perform or you just a stubborn lil whiner who can't drop a freakin grudge...we all have our off seasons, and you know what's ashame is that you are being so disrespectful to the judges it's not even funny...they've been through this more than you'll ever so I'd shut it...
