Can it be repaired for gas pipe which highly consist of hydrogen gas?
You have to dig a 4' x 4' x 6' hole to have enough room to run this. Might as well just dig the pipe up and replace it.
At 1:50 you put on tape. Why? To make it fit inside the pipe? Then how do you cut the tape?
It's blue painter's tape. I'm guessing the air pressure either tears it or causes the adhesive to unstick.

No not in all cases. Most of the time if the old pipes are rusted out and began cracking dirt and water creates mud and roots begin to grow in the line. First step is to inspect the entire line with a camera, second step clean and all all out the line and get measurements and what areas of the pipe have imperfections, and final step install new line. I'm in this field of work. Residential areas are not too common for me, but have done some.
