If comparing Orville and Wilbur from both the Rescuers movies, I would say that Canadian comedian John Candy must've taken in the reins of actor Jim Jordan, who voiced Orville in the first movie. In my opinion, if at any chance that they had to include American comedian and actor Buddy Hackett in the movie, he would join hands with John Candy, because you know, Buddy Hackett voiced Scuttle, a seagull in The Little Mermaid (1989). If Wilbur flies with Bernard and Bianca, then Scuttle will join with him, because you know, Scuttle's a fantastic flyer! It's like an albatross and a seagull flying together.
