While the examples shown are against man coverage, you can certainly use a circle motion offense against a zone as well. Most of what we teach in this video will translate over to zone 👍

Hi Andrew, thanks for the comment. There was some deliberation around which direction they should move, and we definitely want to get this fixed if it's not correct. We did take all the information out there (which of course had some differences) and tried to build it according to what we saw most. There was even a diagram on an official RR post that showed this exact situation in which perimeter players moved to the right. I think the distinction--and correct me if I'm wrong--may be this. When the ball is on the right wing, if it's driven toward the baseline first and then the basket, players would rotate right. However, if the player drives to his left (above the post player) to the basket, perimeter players rotate left. That would mean that in our video we would have it correct at 0:42, but wrong at 0:35. Interested to hear your thoughts and if you have anything that I'm missing, would love to know so I can fix things on our end!
