Does the machine not have different sizes to make? Never seen one that didn’t hav 3 sizes. I’m on my third machine so I’m familiar with machines. 2 lb loves are not suitable for everyone such as me. I make all my breast a large loaf gets stale before used so I make 1 1/2 lb loaf. Thanks for the video. Bread looks great. Yes it’s always to dark so I use the light setting.

Bread looks wonderful. I bake all my bread in the machine. I’m a widow so living alone a loaf last me several days.i make so many different kinds even Christmas bread with the fruit. So good. I would love your wheat recipe but don’t want to make a 2 lb loaf. Does the recipe give measurements for a smaller loaf? I usually make a 1 1/ 2 lb loaf. Does your machine have settings for a smaller loa? . Never heard of a machine having on,y one size Thank you great video.

I made a horn of plenty/cornucopia out of homemade pizza dough and filled it with homemade yeast rolls for Thanksgiving last year. It was my first time trying that. It actually turned out pretty 😊 I watched The Kneady Homesteader make one, I wrapped mine a little different and didn't use the aluminum pan, I used heavy aluminum foil for my form.

Wow, you found some great things! Love the casserole dish and especially the shortbread molds! Would love to be lucky enough to find some of those. I have the popover pan, I've made them. We like them with roast beef and gravy. I'd l9ve to go thrifting in a big town. I go thrifting around Longview and Marshall.

Do you really need all those carbs? Just because the bread machine is cheap does it really feed you or is it adding to additional unhealthy weight gain?

Your bread looks delicious. My hubby and I purchased a bread machine before Christmas and we haven't purchased store bread ever since. The first loaf of bread was baked in the machine, but we didn't like it, so now I only use the dough cycle and then after second rising, I bake the loaf in the oven. My bread machine is called The Hamilton Beach Artisan Dough and Bread Maker. I usedtomake bread from scratch, but painful arthritis won't allow me to knead the dough anymore...the dough cycle is all I need. 😊❤

You can use just the dough cycle on the bread machine and bake your bread in the oven. I bought a bread machine at a thrift shop a couple of weeks ago. I paid $35, but it will make a 1lb., 1 1/2 lb, or 2 lb loaf of bread. It is a $200 bread machine. Your bread looks delicious! I've made a loaf of sandwich bread and cinnamon rolls so far. I still like making bread the old-fashioned way 😊 I'll be trying whole wheat soon. We love Kerrygold butter.
