Hi everyone, I’ve prepared you a nice little abs workout. All you need is a little bit of space and a pilates/gym ball. You do each exercise 4 sets x 10 reps, except the last one which is plank on the ball, you do that 4 x 45 seconds (or as long as you can). Wow your arms look and are so strong! Slow pushups are so beneficial, we do a lot of them in Yoga. I have always found that they dramatically improve my overall upper body strength, quickly. Thanks for sharing this!
