Hello Temmy. How is your hair now?

I know you currently know, but whenever you use a brush or comb, even a wide tube comb your combing out the curls. And you can define it by wetting your hair and apply moose or an inexpensive conditioner. Yeah and apply. I use that and some other things as well. And once it completely dry or damp, you can fluff it with your hands to get that full bushy look with defined curls. Another tip in case you don't know. You can use a brush or comb on your hair and when it dries. Depending on the look you're going for the brush. I've noticed last year gears me that wet look (a defining brush). Or if you use a comb, it will separate the curls, which I don't use a cone. Most times I only use my fingers because I don't want to comb out the look I'm aiming for. Your hair looks good! 😍

Try 2 spoonfuls of instant coffee, yogurt and coconut oil. The shedding will stop and the growth will speed up. If it’s to runny add fenugreek or moringa or chickpea powder or amla powder or even rice powder to thicken it up. My hair is fragile like yours. But once i started using instant coffee my hair has 100% stopped shedding. I put instant coffee in my shampoo and conditioner. Even in other masks i always add instant coffee. Trust me

I used to have big bald spots in my hair I WAS diagnosed with CCA. Have you tried changing your DIET? If a person doesn't use chemicals or weaves and still experiencing hair loss through ALOPECIA. ITs and INTERNAL ISSUE. I have found CHANGING MY DIET HAS MADE A BIG IMPROVEMENT IN MY HAIR LOSS . EATING BAD FOODS ( excess sugars, salts, processed foods)cause body INFLATMATION which trigger ALOPECIA. It causes OVERGROWTH OF BAD BACTERIA AND FUNGI whih triggers the auto immune system to OVERREACT attacking the hair follicles. I have found stopping body inflammation and overgrowth of bad bad bacteria and fungi to be the answer to MY BALDING. I eat mostly plants, very littel meat. I eat lots of anti inflamatory anti oxidant foods. I eat lots of OMEGA 3s fish and walnuts, OLIVE OIL I include OREGANO, BASIL, GARLIC ONIONS in my meals and onion juice for scalp ( to control overgrowth of bad bacteria and fungi). I reduced sugar. I only get sugar from FRUITS. The best furits are black grapes, blue berries, BLACK BERRIES , and pine apples, pine apple juices. SCALP TREATMENTS OF ONION JUICE, CLOVES, ROSEMARY, TEA TREE OIL, PEPERMINT OIL. Use natural treatments because A lot of products for hair loss are only TEMPORARY and will actually aggravate the conditions. They contain chemaicals unattural ingredients that may aggrevate condition.
