There is a very distinct conflict between science and religion. Science is rigor. Rigourously studying that which cannot be replicated, in the sense of religion, is theology. Theology is attempting to explain the impossible in terms of the incredible and is intellectually regressive. All religions have dogma, an instance of faith, at their core. Faith is belief without regard for evidence, the polar opposite of knowledge. Science provides knowledge. Science and religion are diametrically opposed.

Just saying, if he did "poof everything into existence," I wouldn't call it magic. It would just be science that we don't understand yet. I personally loved the video, though, and accept evolution as the best explanation for everything humanity has observed so far.
