Thanks for uploading this. I remember watching this on RUclips aged 13 or so. The ending has always stayed with me since I first watched it, so hauntingly beautiful and heartbreakingly sad, but also strangely heartwarming & uplifting, especially given Barbara Windsor’s battle with Alzheimer’s…which unfortunately she lost. She forgot all about Kenneth and the others at the end. Apparently, this was adapted from a stage play, though the movie is much MUCH more darker than the stage version. The stage version is more of an out and out comedy compared to this. The guy who played Kenneth Williams here was/is astoundingly good (really, everyone was good). Voice and mannerisms are spot on, as is everyone else’s.
