Something to take note of; Even tho SavAxe doesn't require shield charge and morph slash, its still good to prep both of those for the extra DPS. Overall tho, really good hunt!

SPLENDID!!! Gosh this is great. Need you on Guard Points tho, it adds sauce to your playstyle. It lowers knockback and gives you the opportunity to hit an AED/SAED as a counter, most of the time hitting a nice spot on the cranium taking them down, giving you a change to deal insane damage with a good ol' SAED spam.

Your SAED spam is great, you need better distancing tho. Impact phials should be more on the head. Click left trigger to do a savage slash and go into Savage axe mode, and from there, if you're under a monster, you can do an elemental discharge loop to deal lots of damage and potentially topple them. You don't always have to do SAED's and AED's, the Charge Blade offers a lot more variety. You'll be left very vulnerable if you miss an AED/SAED cause you're wide open for a big smack.

Nice work, keep that sword and shield charged, and don't forget to load up savage axe if you're gonna attack in axe mode. Also, practice on Diablos if you wanna get better at Guard Points, he's really predictable.

By no means are you dogshit, it was a good hunt. You hit AEDs and SAEDs when you needed to. You wirebuggin into his attacks back to back is so funny tho. Not sharpening after hitting green is crazy, but not sharpening after hitting YELLOW is madness, why do you think you was bouncing off his ass ten times in a row Why use firing pin on Condensed Element Slash? It would work better on Condensed Spinning Slash. I doubt you'd use it tho, it's obvious you going for the good ol' SAED/AED spam. Which is why it's confusing you didn't use morphing advance? If you use that you can go straight into the SAED/AED and give yourself a chance to position yourself for a better phial attack, since you can dodge his attacks and get him when he's not looking. I'd also invest in some offensive wirebug skills, CPP is good and all, but you charge phials quick enough that you don't need it, plus it leaves you wide open for a second attack. I recommend Axe Hopper and Morphing Advance for your playstyle since you like the SAED spam strat. I do recommend you try out Spinning Slash tho. I didn't like it at first, but if you pair it with Air Dash it's so fun. If you press and hold the attack button while using Air Dash, you'll fkn chainsaw upwards, it's beautiful. It's also real helpful for flying monsters. Not to mention it has hyperarmor so you wont get knocked back during a few frames when you use it. Keep it up dawg, you should practice against Kulu if you wanna master those Guard Points. Going a whole hunt with only one gp is heart breaking.

Good job bro! Some tips! You should try using Guard Point more, you can block more attacks without consuming too much health or taking cheap damage. Also since Peak Performance is such an important skill, Wirebug Whisperer is a great skill for the CB.

Dang, I don't give enough credit to recovery skills. There were so many times I would have had to run away and go heal half of my health, only to get hit again for the same amount of damage, breaking the pace of the fight over and over again.
