Hi, Thank you for your comment. Yes, we have an "Refresh Automatically" feature. That updates your sheet data regularly every 1 minute on the map. If any new data is added to your Google Sheet, the map will automatically display the newly added data. Yes, the teacher can configure to track the video of screenshot/camera and audio. If configured, this can be seen in audience dashboard by the teacher (examiner)

When you visit/start the test, it is tracked as visited/started in audience dashboard of the form author (examiner). If you exit in between, try to take again if the examiner configured to allow multiple attempts, you will be allowed. if not, you will be blocked from attempting again. Hope this clarifies

Yes, it will ask permission from students before starting to record. If the examiner configured recording as optional, the student can skip it and continue. If the examiner makes recording mandatory, the student will not be allowed to attend the test if s/he does not give permission to record.

Form Presenter being an exam tool works based on the configuration from examiner. In case you have submitted the Google Form at the last moment and Form Presenter timed out before confirming, your response will still be there in Google Form responses for the examiner to see. Please work with your examiner.

Form Presenter asks for permissions once for recording video/camera/audio before proceeding. The browser does not allow tracking if the user does not provide these permissions. Once these permissions are granted, it does not ask again.

Before starting the test, it clearly shows that what all the examiner wants to track. It is upto the examiner to track what he/she wants to track. And it is up to the audience/ students to accept or reject it. If you do not want your device to be tracked, simply do not start the test. Or you can tell your examiner not to configure to track the device.

It is what the audience agree with examiner. If the audience does not agree to the configuration done, she/he need not attend the test. Form Presenter is trying to invigilate online what normally an invigilator do in offline tests. When you agree to the terms of examiner to attend test or disagree to simply not attend the test, there is no question of invasion of privacy as it is mutually consented.

Yes, The form author/publisher can choose to track the media (video, screenshot, audio). If configured and the attendees accept to share the details, all these will be tracked. You can check details at formpresenter.jivrus.com/features/media-controls

There is no such fingerprint requirement, If there is a camera / screen tracking enabled by the examiner/ author, then Form Presenter asks for permission from the user to proceed only after the permission is given.
