Welcome to my channel! Here is a quick go over of the Fass Fuel System install on my 2015 LML Duramax! This is the new Titanium Signature Series. Is your truck mostly stock horse power wise ? I have the same truck looking to do the same set up but my truck is mostly stock no tuner or anything.

If ya did the front bumper plastic should of done the rear bumper also
The new diff covers have 12 bolts instead of 14 right
The correct way to remove the glass is with a pick tool. Do not yank on the glass 🫠
How long did it take you?
Took me about 7 hours, but I didn't have everything I needed and took lots of breaks, lol.
So I did this, and got to the end where you mount the bracket mirror. You have that plastic nipple piece then the metal part the goes over that but how do you match up the bracket to it all. I can’t figure it out at all.

Same. Mines not boost auto brand so the lower mirror is attached different. Don't even know where I can get a replacement
So I'm doing the same pump but went with the 250 gph , I'm making about 700hp , now will have to much psi for my stock fuel system?

Hi, do you think its possible to take the two back pannel without remove all front part? Or it could break the pins? Thanks
With the defrost what wire goes were I took em apart and now an reassembling mine want to make sure both defrost wires are hooked properly
I only broke 1 small black tab taking the big glass out still it hurts 😫😫

Floor Jack and a 24”x24” piece of plywood.

i went to tighten the 4 10mm bolts and 1 of the threads is stripped out how can i fix this ??
One of mine stripped too. I left it in there. You could find a slightly bigger bolt and send it in there. Just don’t use a impact.

Really Good Video Bro‼️.....I’m really Stuck doing mine after I cut the bottom of the tank At the wrong place and Cut into the Fuel Module now truck shows empty after putting in 15 gallons of Fuel and still saying”Empty”....CP3 says “Fuel Level Sensor A high”....

What size and offset are your method grid wheels? They look good!
Those were 18x9 with a 0 offset.
The 90 on top of tank should go to the 90 on pump (inlet T) correct?

zone 3.5 up front. Rear is stock. on 18x9 zero offset and 35x12.50. minor trimming.
Did you cut a hole in the bottom of the fuel module also?
No, I did not.
Stephan Gillenwater We figured out the issue we were having with my buddy’s. He had the return on the outside of the module so it kept draining it. Thanks for the reply.

Not bad if you are mechanically inclined. Very happy with it.

Hey I'm confused does the line you install that's coming from the fuel pump does that line go back to the connection on the fuel tank not the connection on the truck itself??
Trent Lewis you have a line going from the pump to the factory feed line on truck (going to the motor). Another that is a return line. And the line going from the tank to the pump.
You ever get the 1/4 tank starting issue after installing this? Just about to do mine on my 16 lml just deciding if I want to sump it or not to make sure that’s not an issue.
Tanner Bourassa I haven’t had any issues. I believe that happens when the suction tube gets cut too short. Make sure it’s just right, measure twice cut once.

Jack Osborne The piece you splice In to the filler tube? No mine didn’t.
Did this make a difference? Is Throttle response?
Trey Bones Noticed a big deference. The truck stopped falling on its face at high RPM and a slight MPG increase.

So, what does adding this accomplish?
greg fritz The LML Duramax platform doesn’t have a factory fuel pump on the fuel tank side. They only have a CP4 injection pump at the motor that can’t keep up with fuel demand, it’s known to send metal fragments all through the fuel system when it fails. Adding this Fass lift pump sends 165 gallons of fuel to the injection pump per hour. This also increases performance and MPG.

@@gregfritz8102 Keep in mind that's what fuel return lines back to the tank are for.
