🔎It’s the Improbability Archive, and we’re visiting 1990 today, with Declan Hughes’ first play, I Can’t Get Started. Declan Hughes won the Stewart Parker Trust Award for this “hard-boiled noir fantasy”. It opened in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, before a run at Project Arts Centre, and subsequently played in Long Island, New York at the Stony Brook festival in 1991 🔎

    Saw it last night in the kilkenny castle park and it was absolutely brilliant! The effects were great and the entire cast absolutely sucks you in. Hats off especially to Ariels actress, she was spellbinding

    I saw this musical at Dublin Castle in September 2021. I was blown away by how spectacularly good it was. Brilliant songs and script. The three performers were incredible. Thank you! Please can you release a recording?
