      Yes, while the issue could vary, my issue was that the CRT filament circuit from T601 had failed (a common problem). After confirming this to be the only issue (from removing various components one at a time), I was able to bypass the problem by replacing the connections from terminals 6 and 7 through a new 6.3 VAC transformer, fed off of the line voltage. This allowed the scope to return to its normal trace, and the condition it was in before (still bad though). Only after replacing all of the old electrolytic caps and re-calibrating is my scope now fully functional.
