Thank you for the class. ❤ This is so useful and I could learn a lot and release some bad feelings inside. 🙏🙏🙏 I could feel myself being hurt because of my fear which allowed anything/anyone to hurt my feelings. It might not be ‘them’ hurting me but the Maya inside working too much and I defended with unusual reactions to them. I realized this and it was released 👌😃🙏 so I can now have the dignity instead of fear.

KLIG'S BUCKWHEAT PANCAKE RECIPE (as alternative to wheat-based pancake) INGREDIENTS 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon buckwheat flour (or ½ cup buckwheat and ½ cup flour of choice) 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt 1¼ cups buttermilk (for vegan use 1¼ cup dairy alternative milk plus 1 tablespoon lemon juice) 1 tablespoon vegetable oil ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional) DIRECTIONS - Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. Using a whisk is the best choice to mix. - Mix liquid ingredients in a separate bowl. - Make a well in the dry ingredients, stirring only the dry ingredients that have been incorporated. - Let the mixture stand overnight. - In the morning, heat the pan (non-stick is best) over medium high heat. Spray the pan with oil. - The mixture should be as thick as cream. If not, add more milk or water to dilute to desired thickness. - Ladle about 1 ounce of mixture at a time and spread the mixture. This will give you a thin pancake. If you wish for a thick pancake, just ladle the mixture into the pan and wait until bubbles form in the center. That is the cue to flip the pancake. It will take less time to cook on the other side.

This is so true about the mother and son boundless relationship that is so often mistaken for unconditional love as this is what happen to my own family that my parents gave everything to my bro from young till he graduated and married and all money was just provided to him on a silver platter...so now when he is in his 50s he is actually still jobless and my mom and sis now is responsible for his well being. So, I would say this is not love at all...he was never given a rod to fish but were given fish Everyday in his life...and that is not healthy...and the irony to thia whole story is that by doing this my mom thought my bro will stay with her forever and look after her. But the min he got a live in gf , he moved out from the house and was never there for my mom. So my mom is always feeling disappointed and depress over this

Very good tips for those who tend to give in a lot in relationships thinking that is the right thing to do when you love someone. The difference however between love, fear, and the damage we are doing was well explained by the Speaker.
