How to Do Yarn Braids: Box Braiding with Yarn
Thank you. I've been wanting to do this on my own for some time.. I always assumed it was hard. I'm gonna try. Thnx ✨️
I recently got diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and they prescribed Latuda (Lurasidone) to me as well. Based off of your review, I’m glad that my weight won’t be affected. I want to keep my fluffy baby doll figure. 😅🤭
I love your nails!!
@@Ivy-Woods thank you!
Pretty nice place there! So this is where you transform into the "Frokyo" we all know and love huh? Lol, I'd honestly probably fill up Multiple shoe racks with the amount of them I have xD Question: I know you made it work, many applauses to you 👏 But do you think it possible or Very possible for someone to be able to live in Japan on their own in general?
@@ChipsCST it’s absolutely possible, but imo learning Japanese is essential to enjoying living here. I lived here by myself for four years with only survival level Japanese and I didn’t enjoy it really and wanted to (and ultimately did) leave. The majority of people who come to Japan end up leaving after some time and I would say language ability, cultural differences, and difficulty of job hunting will be factors regardless of if you have a partner or not
Pretty cute place! ❤
Love that your hubby lets you decorate the place all cute! I can’t live in a place that doesn’t have at least a hint of pink inside lol. This vid makes me miss living in Japan 😭
@@thepeonyvillage9637 yeah luckily he embraces my love for pink! He will even suggest that we should get new pink items cause he knows I’ll like that🥰
Thank you for sharing that with us. I’m really glad to hear that you’ve taken steps to get a diagnosis and seek help. It takes a lot of courage to face mental health challenges, and I’m proud of you for doing so. Keep being awesome
@@kymcci9499 I appreciate it!💖
I'm about to do my hair and your video popped up on my feed, just commenting to say sis, you're so pretty.
Thank you for doing this tutorial. Im considering doing box braids in my daughter's (7) hair, as she hates brushing it everyday and im constantly struggling with knots and breakage, and am hoping the braids will help with the struggle (since the style lasts for weeks) but also will help with her hair breakage due to the knots. ❤
Would this still work with different sized braida and different hair textures because im quite and have that "sleek like" hair and would love these braids, but im unsure ifnit will work of not
You have such stunning eyes! Mesmerising.
🥳🏆❣️
My boyfriend wants us to live in japan so stuff like this is very helpful
Imagine being this pretty ❤
Omg what a stunner. Here from instagram about your husband.
Some good money considerations here. If you're spending thousands on an education, how do you plan to use that education to pay it off?
Ballgag. Is that an accessory thing or a fun thing?
How do you keep them in. Like do they fall out?
❤❤❤
Have you seen tassel fairy's video on this yet ruclips.net/video/maA-MlLENhw/видео.htmlsi=5kSVU1FHFpJwt2pa
I love! I have relaxed hair and find synthetic hair hard to grip, i will try this
I don’t mean to be rude at all asking this so anyone can answer my question honestly! Can anyone wear this hairstyle or is there a cultural significance linked to black people? Similar to how dreads are commonly associated with the black community and it is a huge debate on if white people can wear dreads!
I love box braids, and I've found that the general option is truly split. Some of the African heritage feel that it's okay as long as you realize your privilege, as professional women are often stigmatized for wearing braids in the working environment. CC Mink talks a lot about how braids and bonnets are about hair care, not race, which I love. But I do agree that, as a white woman, I do need to realize the struggles my colored sisters have when they wear the same hair styles and are stigmatized for it.
I used rubber band method
Great Video, I learned a lot. Thank You!
I'm so glad you're back 😊
Wow, this video just hit me with a wave of alt girl vibes! Truly an anthem for those who march to the beat of their own drum. 😂🖤
You did good only that you need a lil work on parting ….good job
❤❤I can't braid my own hair :( love love love yarn braids ❤❤
So, I have straight soft hair. How do I stop it from sticking out all over the place at the end of the hair?
Hi, hello. I'm Victoria. I am now doing wigs with both yarn and synthetic hair. this is good because I couldn't find someone doing this with yarn before I came across you tonight... so thanks for the video and thumbs up.
The repurposing at the end was the highlight 😅😅
Just brush it
Awesome, Ty!
Also what length of hair can be used for these. Mine is about shoulder length
How long these last
Loving your accent all the way from Africa eastern Nigeria
This is the coolest thing I have ever seen. You’re a legend
You are theeee cutest gal I have ever seen 🥹🥹❤️❤️❤️❤️
Great tutorial! I just recreated it and I love it ♡
I've wanted to have colorful hair for awhile, but I'm not allowed to dye it, I might use the yarn technique for an accent braid or something, can someone tell me if that's wrong?
It's not wrong; it's your hair, do what you want with it
Great tutorial and what a gorgeous hairstyle! I'm sitting here staring at my mound of black hair like UGH it looks so boring now
How many strands of yarn did you use? Btw, it came out really cute ❤
Thank you, I don’t remember how many I used for these braids but in general I use 5-6 strands per braid
You are a very beautiful young lady. Thanks for this video.
Very cool ! I'm going to try this
I did yarn braids 3 years ago and i lovedddd Them . Also all the people WHO asked what Hair i used were shoked when i told Them it was yarn . Now i'm planing to braid Them again . And i cant wait . 🤭☺️
