I can't cry anymore
What effect does seeing the sad things have on long term mental health? Can't you put on a sad song or something instead of flooding your brain with negative images? Just a thought
I'll try it as soon as I can ❤
Multi tasking is a gift..... Unfortunately, I also happen to be a multi incompleter! 😂
I'm also fighting chronic pain on top and its so easy to get into that beating yourself up a bit spiral when you can't do something... and it makes it really hard to not blame myself on good pain days if i can't do much.
me listening to music, watching youtube, playing a video game, and having a conversation all at once while everyone else can't hear themselves think over the tv commercials 😂
The problem for me is that it doesnt get finished. I can multitask, if i want to risk not finishing majority of it. I cant just be okay that my school work is half done and due in an hour. Most things are time sensitive and i cant just pretend im okay when theres a timeline i must follow
🤔😼 ALWAYS doing approving!!! 🎉🎉
Really wanted to absorb what you’re both saying but the audio issues off the bat make this unbearable for me 😭 Not sure if the white noise is intentional or not?
Double yuck
this is so true.
It is a beautiful benefit, but as he said, it's Double edge sword.
I really hate this super generalisation of adhd and autism, to the point where if you do just about anything it is related to you having adhd or autism. Sure you have adhd I’m sure anyone with an iq above 70 would be able to make a plastic bag into a hook. You know crows can get food out of tubes with sticks right? You’re equating basic tool usage to put of the box thinking caused by adhd. You aren’t an idiot and you have adhd, correlation does not equal causation. Get your head out of your ass
Epic
Thank you for doing this!!
😅❤ had tooo much fun filming this
Like every other label in mental health industry overdoing the claim of having whatever label you want dilutes and causes problems for people that really do.
Yeh the problems still outweigh the benefits i am really good at problem solving and verbal recognition but have terrible data processing and short term memory, hence i hate the exam system because im quite good at maths chem and physics but exams involve all my weaknesses, time pressure and being isolated from any source of information, i do not remember every equation or constant by heart, my slow data prcessing requires me to take time to read questions amd truly understand the task but with time pressure i tune out and freak put and half ass everything. So my weaknesses literally stop me from passing the exam conditions and being able to work an actual scientific job where u have access to all sorts of books and computers and graphic calculators. I've never heard of a job where u had to solve equations fast under an hour with no assistance from any book or calculator
For me it is programming, my boss asked about some documentation for an API and I could recite it verbatim, I might have a slight obsession
Keeeep upppp
