Easiest Muffin Recipe! The Best Muffins You’ll Ever Make!

Muffins!
Ingredients: ⇩
-2 cups of flour
-1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
-2 eggs
-1 cup of sugar
-1 cup of sour cream or yogurt
-1/2 cup of oil
-1/4 tsp of salt
-2 tsp of vanilla extract
Lemon + Blueberry Muffins
-1/4 tsp of salt
-2 tsp of lemon zest
-2 tbsp of lemon juice
-1 cup of blueberries
Chocolate Chip Muffins
-1/2 cup of chocolate chips
-1/2 tbsp of milk
-Bake at 375 f for about 25 minutes.
-You do not need to split the batter if you are only wanting to make one flavor of cupcakes!
In my video I doubled the recipe but these measurements listed are the original measurements!
