There isn’t a formal written pattern, but here’s a quickly written one: 1) sc 6 times in a magic circle 2) inc in each stitch (12) 3) *sc, inc* x 6 (18) 4-5) sc around (18) 6) sl into FLO of first stitch, *ch 4, hdc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in next, sl into initial stitch base** repeat *-** to create 2 tail fins, sc in FLO of next 4 stitches, *sl into next stitch, ch3, sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in next ch, sl into base (FIN)**, sc in next 7 stitches, repeat FIN, sc in remaining 4 7) change color (white), sc around (18) 8) *sc, dec** x 6 (12) 9) dec x 6 (6) FO and weave in ends Eyes between rounds 4-5, about 5 stitches apart Stuff before closing

I’m so glad you like the video!! As for sewing, it’s not always as easy as filmed! You’ll see lots of fluff falling out, but keep moving the needle back and forth under stitches to lock that tail in!

You can certainly play around with different hook sizes and yarn weights to get your project the size you want!

What is the purpose of going through the FLO instead of going through both loops?
I find, especially with bulky yarn, going through FLO instead of both loops does not leave a large gap in the stitching. The back loop left unworked helps to keep the stuffing from peeking through.

Thank you for the video. I think it is great that you tell us the letter hook. Most people say you need a 6.00mm it drives me crazy I learned by letters like H,I, J, and K. Not by any numbers like 6.00mm.
