Hello brother. Can I contact you for some help? I have a 2010 ML350 with no crank, no start. At first it used to cut off while driving or idling and the message PRESAFE INOPERABLE will appear on the dash. But now it no longer cranks or starts. Before, I could scan all modules but now there are several modules that don't show on the scanner, like the ECU, transmission, ESP, and some others. But the scanner detects up the rest of the modules. I know there must be a CAN bus problem. But I'm not good with electricals so I need help with diagnosis if you can guide me, please. Is it possible?
