Just a few strats from the TAS that I thought would be rta viable. The trick at 0:12 saves about a second but is really hard to do and probably won't be used in a speedrun. Maybe with enouph practice you can get it consistently. It is human possible but difficult.

This weird crash happened to me when I was making my level Escape the Building (Level ID 26912). I was using Nado and hit the left wall and fell into the spikes. NOSHIT Mario gets through without a hitch. ALL THE ENEMIES AND HAZARDS are programmed to be non consequential, meaning that Mario cannot die even if he is struck by an enemy of ANY kind.
