Aroldis Chapman Showing Off His Fast Ball
Ricky played most of his career with that Oakland A's, I'm from Oakland and those highlights didn't do him Justice! Come on man put a little reaserch into to the video😅
11:59 humping in front of the nuns is insane work 💀🤣
The fact that he isn't in the Hall Of Fame is a travesty!
Greatest short stop that ever played the game...The Wizard was such a suiting nickname for him...dude was magic out there.
Jesus christ, lower the damn volume on these clips
Omar vizquel was a goat at shortstop as well as Ozzie. Phenomenal instincts. Kudos to them both.
Yea but would u rather Omar vizquel or cal Ripken Jr?
Omar’s record can’t hold a candle to Herman Long, the shortstop with the most mind boggling stats ever.
The man should be in the hall of fame. End of story.
Overrated
Ozzie always wore that no eared helmet - what a constant phenom at SS
Awesome
Honestly as much as I loved to see him hit, I loved his defensive prowess that much more.
Man, it was so much fun watching Omar at short stop. One of the best.
I saw a movie about him, it was really cool, it was about racism, I recommend you watch it, it's really good, I recommend the movie.😊
lived in cleveland in the late 90's - it was an honest privilege to be able to watch him and roberto alomar just completely lock down 60 degrees of infield territory.
These guys ran faster than we do now
Show the steal against Nolan Ryan He attempted a steal against him six times.
i was lucky enough to see him play live a few times.
Name a player who made 2 hitters in front and 3 hitters behind him better, other than Rickey
He was number one ☝️
He should not be allowed to work with children because the victim, an autistic boy, claims that Vizquel, then the Barons' manager, in 2019 "repeatedly exposed his erect penis to (him) and forced him (to) wash his back in the shower."...Vizquel's attorney, John Dana, of Gordon, Dana & Gilmore LLC, said the parties reached a confidential agreement
11:00 - 11:03 that guy being pissed that #Legend Ricky Henderson robbed Cal's home run... priceless lolol
Tamo activo
Prime Rickey was jacked 💪🏾💪🏾
Top fielding Shortstops going back to 1950: 1. Ozzie Smith 2. Cal Ripken Jr. 3. Andrelton Simmons 4. Ernie Banks 5. Luis Aparicio This is documented fact in terms of fielding percentage and chances. So Vizquel isn't even top 5 since 1950. And isn't top 10 if you include players from before 1950. Also, he played 24 years and never got 3,000 hits. So there's another knock against him. That being said, as someone who watched him play; I definitely believe he deserves a spot in the HOF. He was very good for a long time. That should count for something.
You can’t say Omar Viziquel isn’t top 5 because of his chances and fielding percentage but then you put Andrelton Simmons at number 3. Simmons has HALF the amount of chances as Vizquel and Omar’s fielding percentage is better. How does that make sense? Plus, you add in the fact that Omar has the least amount errors ever made in a season(3), most career double plays turned, is tied for the longest streak without an error by a SS ever and has the best career fielding percentage for a SS. How is not a top 5 fielding shortstop?
Ricky was the GOAT Even Above Willie Mays. He changed EVERYTHING. Look at the Canseco/McGwire A's. Sure , Ricky had an MVP season, but he did it everywhere he went. I never bought and idolized jersey as a kid except for one: 24 on the A's. Lime Mizuno gloves. And then he did it or TWENTY MORE YEARS. Ima a GIants fan i want a Ricky jersey. He was the king. Way more than Lebron. Sheeeyiiit.
My favorite player of all time. That swing is beautiful
Once he got that swagger/shoulder rock, that ball just left the bat and gone🫡. Shit seeds
I wish he stayed on the Mariners 😢 and I’m a Giants fan from The Bay
Gotta love the phanatic
The guy was poetry in motion
That 1999 NY Mets infield was my favorite.
so smooth
Awesome
Omar had so many better highlights in my mind than this video. The man belongs in the HOF
Made in Venezuela ❤
He was the Willie Mays of the 90's.
Griffey is my favorite player of all time. Griffey, jordan, bo jackson, deion sanders and tiger woods my top 5 favorite athletes.
All great multi-sport athletes. I would be curious if any of them had to play on comp teams growing up and have to play the same sport year round as kids to get as great as they got. I’m betting they didn’t.
Memory may fail me here. As I recall, the Marlins had a terrible time protecting Sheffield. He was getting plunked all the time. Early in the '97 season the Marlins were playing the Reds. Sheffield got plunked in a game when Kevin Brown was pitching. Brown was new to the team. When the Reds came up Brown put away the first two batters and then Larkin came up. He got drilled. I don't know that Sheffield got hit again the rest of the season. That's when I knew this Marlins team was different.
No one hated standing on first more than Rickey
Rickey over one four year span before he even turned 25 had three seaons with 100 walks and 100 steals. No other player in the modern era has a single season with those numbers
5:31 he hit the ball so hard the pitcher flinched lmao
He was like shit that ball was way out of the zone🤣🤣🤣. Griffey reached out with upper deck power and cleared the bases💪🤘
Nothing like watching Griffey play baseball. The closest thing was playing his game on Super Nintendo. Great times...
He was on Seattle?? Those mid 90s Mariners team gotta be one of the best teams never to win it all
KGJ was perhaps the most gifted 5 tool player prior to his injuries of all time. That swing was incredibly perfect.
Best player that I ever saw. And the thing with the injuries. 600 Home Runs, and there's still a feeling of what could have been.
The best
Despues de la entrevista a buscar omar vizquel highlights en you tube
"Well, Mr Burns had done it. The power plant had won it...." My Favourite song from the Simpsons. And what a great episode. I wonder of Ozzie ever got out of that hole?
Beast!!!!
