History go's on and on an it is so important to know that our ancestors was not always slaves but we all have a race problem from white supremacy and their teachings of white nationalism
Mr Alegi, are you an African descendant? Africans created everything on the earth. Sound started in Africa. You guys don't want to admit the truth. What you are saying here is nothing new to me. I know my African history very very well. The corrupt major media are the problem in the western countries. They will never give credit to Africans in the world.
thanks so much for the upload!! what an important topic
It's pity that we have lost an original thinker. RIP, Prof Elleni! It would have been interesting to see how a power-hungry, self-obsessed, inept, and an intellectually crippled PM of Ethiopia utilized the phrase “African Solutions to African Problems” which is often associated with the late Ethiopian PM Meles Zenawi, to comprehensively obliterate everything that Meles and his party, the the TPLF, were known for i.e. a pro-poor policy of economic development, social advancement, and the attainment of peace and security. Meles advocated for the idea that African nations should take the lead in addressing their own challenges without excessive reliance on external intervention; Abiy destroyed Ethiopia and its social fabrics via an excessive reliance on his African and Arab partners-in-crime. In Shakespearian terms, Prof Elleni was “...like a rich jewel in an Ethiope’s ear”, the rarest breed among Ethiopian scholars, shinning a lot in the darkest of times!! Alas!
Very good. Business and power is the driver of everything and you see it even in the crazy mentality of a lot of people in addis ababa whi have sold any remnants of a soul long time ago
Thank you Elenni from a Sudanese scholar. You left us so much!
RIP
This is the 2nd show that I got a chance to listen to this amazing brilliant Ethiopian scholar. The mediocre got the ears, not the most impressive thinkers & scholars like this lady. It’s so sad!
I’ve recently found this channel and it’s refreshing to learn what I believed about the origin of the human race. I just wonder for a novice where I would start with in terms of learning more. I recently bought the 1619 project but learned that it was not the beginning. Some people have suggested reading the African orgin of civilization and another titled the origin of black studies.
This has been one of the most informed, genuine, and nuanced analysis of the Tigray War. May she rest in peace!
Thank you very much for shining the truth, Dr. Elenni. You will be remembered as a courageous scholar❤
In many cases, it is observed that problems, disputes, threshold legal issues arise because of the failing of private investors, or their select project developers investing, acquiring land for projects without researching and truly understanding the Rights of the Indigenous Tribal People in the land! In many cases, the Diaspora investors believe that the 'fictitious nation states created by colonialism' and their puppet governments have the right to give away land for free, allow the sale or mortgage of the land without considering the rights of the Indigenous Tribal People and their Sovereignty over the land that existed prior to colonialism and neo-colonialism! The Sovereignty over the land was bestowed upon the Indigenous Tribal People by The Creator of all that exists! Before the Continent of Afrika was divided into 'fictitious nation states and borders' by the Western European state colonialist in their evil Berlin 1884-5 conference! The Western Eurasian Continent colonialist countries and their conspirators, agreed among themselves how to best avoid war among themselves over the mineral resources and natural wealth of the Continent of Afrika! All Sons and Daughters of Afrika in the Diaspora including African citizens must understand this reality and not put their investments in the wrong entities hands when repatriating wealth, investing in the Continent of Afrika and any of the 'fictitious nation states controlled by puppet leaders' created by the colonialist and neo-colonialism! The government officials and the military of the ‘nation states created by colonialist’ are merely trustees of the land, and their sole duty is to protect the Sovereignty, Birth Rights and Inheritance Rights of the Indigenous Tribal People to their land and all the benefits of the land! The AES, Burkina Faso, Niger, Mali understand this reality very clearly! Government Leaders or any government officials that conspire or collude with corrupt Tribal Chiefs, Kings or Queens, and agree or force the Indigenous Tribal People to give up their Sovereignty over the land are violating their position of trusteeship! They are knowingly or without knowledge acting as 'neo-colonialists' perpetuating the fiction that the United Nations has blessed the fictitious 'nation state ' and ‘puppet governments’ with Sovereignty and all power! Investors from the Diaspora must understand and realize how to invest and honor the rights of the Indigenous Tribal people, the true owners of the land! Diaspora and all investors must understand the AU Agenda 2063 development timeline is absurd! Individual Afrikan ‘nation states must now focus on the individual immediate infrastructure needs of the Indigenous People, villages and rural communities! The created 'nation states' are now understanding and considering how Burkina Faso, Niger, Mali and the AES are returning Sovereignty over the wealth and resources of the land to the Indigenous Tribal People! The wise do not fall into the 'debt trap' of agreeing to interest-based debt financing for development of projects whether from Diaspora private financers, or IMF or World Bank loans! The focus is on an Afrikan Agenda 2030 5-year timeline! Focusing on villages and rural community development plans, step by step! Focusing is on creating projects and jobs for the youth! Focus is on agriculture, feeding the people and not remaining dependent on foreign imports! Focus is on developing, returning control over and efficiently using local resources in developing the country! The AU and ECOWAS are and have always been 'Trojan Horses' and gatekeepers serving only the colonialist and neo-colonialist's objectives and the debt financing for whatever the IMF, World Bank would dictate and approve. The AU Agenda 2063 is a debt trap and a bag of dreams of continental mega projects! The financing of mega projects and obtaining technology must be implemented by effectively, intelligently leveraging the value of minerals, and natural wealth of the country. Glocalize not Globalization! Glocalize all manufacturing and production, step by step is the mantra our PeaceZone3rdStoneVisionaryAfrikan based Consortia & Co-operatives! Our Consotia main focus is: The AES and Sahel region countries from the East to West Afrikan Coast and are strengthening, furthering intra-Afrikan trade with each other, and trading agreements with partners that are beneficial to the Indigenous Tribal People of the Sahel! Our Afrika based 3rdStoneVisionary PeaceZone Consotia’s main focus is: The AES and Sahel region countries from the East to the West Afrikan Coast that are strengthening, furthering intra-Afrikan trade with each other, and entering trading agreements with partners that are beneficial to the Indigenous Tribal People of the Sahel! The financing of mega projects and obtaining technology is being facilitated by effectively, and intelligently leveraging the value of minerals and natural wealth of the country. Thank You My President Nice Speech 🙏🏾♥️
No one has come on earth by his choice. No one inhabiting the earth has created the earth. So why humans, some humans must convince themselves that they must hinder, disturb others and take pride in doing so? Why the life no one has created on a planet no one has created either, should become a tragedy for some due to the behaviors of some others? What are we talking about when we way 'Decolonizing African Knowledge'? We are talking about colonization, the cause. What is colonization after all? People, the beings who haven't created themselves have been held guilty for being who the predestiny has made them to be. They did nothing wrong to anyone. But they are guilty. Guilty to be conquered, to be treated with contempt, etc. In this perspective what 'Decolonizing African Knowledge should mean? The following link shows the condition of of Africans in Africa who did nothing wrong, but who must suffer, children who haven't asked to be born but who must be born to face dire challenges ruclips.net/video/qPzyDWLQ3oY/видео.html What ''Decolonizing African Knowledge should mean if despite colonization and the current and ongoing tragedies, a 60+ years old dynastic tyranny in Africa is the chief negotiator for nations of Africa in the framework of their international cooperation? Decolonizing African knowledge should mean the conviction that it is in morality, ethics and the fear of the mystery in other word God that knowledge can find its full expression and application? Should Decolonizing African knowledge mean making compassion a characteristic of who we are and what we do, since compassion, in its etymology means suffer 'alongside', so that who we are as knowing subjects and what we do as those who have known do not hinder the earthly destiny of the others? If we have been created to know, should knowledge defile who we are and our purpose as the created beings? Let's know to remain the beings who possess the human dimension and let's know to behave as it suits those who have known.
Nice work brother Soma!
Its refreshing to hear from Dr. Molefi Asante again. Thank sir for this lecture.
Great content. Quite engaging
Can anyone point to any nation that has trade surplus with China? I know of no one. I could be wrong. 😅😅😅
This video cut out a vital portion at around 2:20. This concerns me. And I expect nothing less than an attempt, by white moderators & RUclips, to continue to water down African history. But there's no hiding from the TRUTH!
The sagacious brilliancy of Professor Toyin Falola is priceless! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you for this presentation. Is there a place to see the slides up closer?
I really think they should turn what’s left of the school into a Malcolm X exhibit or a black history museum
What grade you in?
You know ms Harris?
A very enriching and brilliant presentation from Dr saghno. 👌
Aw hell naw
This is very informative Dr Choti Jonathan. I have listened to this presentation and I like the analysis of the Kisii Proverbs.
Great
Best presentation I have ever had, thank you Dr. Robert
Excellent talk.
Am I the only one that finds it interesting that Europeans lacked interest in Afrika and wanted to go ALL the way to Southeast Asia to trade???
Very proud the beautiful Ms Dyantyi. She represents her country well. Very inciteful lecture.
😏 p̷r̷o̷m̷o̷s̷m̷
The west must accept these realities first: China is now the world's leading superpower and the 'state of the art' now comes from China and not the US. This is a RACIAL war and the west cannot come to terms with another race (Chinese, Indians, Asians, Africans etc) becoming a superpower since the white westerners believe in their white privilege. The UN charter of fundamental human rights was created in 1948 but race segregation laws remained in effect until the late 1960s, there is the genocide of native Americans still ongoing and there was slave trade and the country still needed movements like Black Lives Matter as racism is rampant. Most countries gained independence not because racism had ended but only because after the WWII the west could not afford to maintain their colonies. The ideology remains the same in the guise of NATO. One only needs to look at the past of NATO with all these men such as Hans Speidel, Adolf Heusinger, Friedrich Guggenberger, Hennig Strumpell, Franz Josef Strauss. NATO is no longer a defensive alliance but an offensive millitary alliance and its scope is not just limited to NATO member countries but has interfered in countries such as Serbia, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Libya, Bosnia and Herzegovina to name a few. Instead of being disbanded after the collapse of USSR and being integrated into UN peacekeeping, it now has ulterior racist motives. If the biolabs story is to be true, then the west might already have created pathogens to wipe out an entire race (blacks, browns, Asians) and a solution to Ukraine will just buy some time before the west makes their next misadventure to create a Christian white empire in the northern hemisphere and dominate the world and reinforce imperialism and then go after China. Non-whites in EU/NATO countries are minorities and the most downtrodden communities and they can easily be wiped out. If a genocide could take place in the last century then it is more than possible in the near future. Non-whites (Arabs, Iranians, Africans) all can be victims, but they cannot be freedom fighters, they cannot take up arms to violently repel an attack on their people, they are only allowed only to wave signs and a flag, chanting for the West to save them. The Ukrainians, on the other hand, have the right to defend themselves, they can throw Molotov cocktails at the Russians, use weapons and the west will glorify that and even supply more weapons. Wasn't it enough to treat Africans like slaves, colonization, imperialism, and the exploitation of people of color? A famous white philosopher once said that a white man can get away of all his sins by listening to Mozart.
Reparations look pretty obvious after this lecture
They really do. The amount of wealth generated was obscene.
Wow!!! This was mind blowing, and is a paradigm shifting project. I must get this book and I have to meet Mr. French!
Thank you, professor, for trying to tell the true story not western-like and made-up history!
I am finally free from genital warts completely after using Dr Osaoji herbal medication
