This video was so good❤ A few years ago my husband and I felt stuck and wanted change. So we decided to move to another town. We wanted bigger and better, I had my dream kitchen built. Let me tell you I had a whole dream persona built in my mind to go with the kitchen. I mean I actually thought that I was going to be a better mom, a better wife, a better friend because of my posessions. What a lie! I felt empty, bitter and I was homesick to the point where we wanted to move back And by Gods grace we did, in a super tricky market we found a house in our old town😊 We learned what is precious to God and that He wanted to change us and He did There is a beautiful house for sale in the town we are now and moving there would be lovely We are looking into it because it because we could see us living there until we are old and grey However, we have complete peace with what ever God wants and we lay it in His hands There is nothing better than Him and doing His will I feel tempted to daydream about it but I also know that it is not worth it to try and hang onto my wants What God wants for me is best
Amen! God’s will is always best! He knows that deep desire in your heart for that home, and I just want to encourage you to sacrifice that house. Put it on the altar and say, “Lord, if you have put this desire in my heart, may it come to pass that we live there, but if it is my own desire and not one you agree with, remove it from my heart and mind in Jesus name.” Continue to seek Him, He will direct your paths, and show you the way to go. As for daydreaming, give that completely to God. That’s something I’m learning to do, it’s hard, but I believe constant prayer and a mind stayed on heavenly things will help us! 🤍
