Martin Ngugi is a finalist student at Pwani university, a youth leader , social entrepreneur, YALI Alumni, secretary General of Tharaka universities and colleges student's Association (TUCSA), Founder Ecomashinani youth group,founder Ecobag designs and innovations, peer counselor and a volunteer with Kenya Redcross Tharaka Nithi branch. He is passionate about Education, leadership, social entrepreneurship and poverty eradication.
He has started a mentorship program for highschool students and perfects mentorship. The topics covering the following topics : 7 habits of highly effective people, effective leadership, design thinking, academic excellence and self discipline.
