+Samuel Dalferth I think he means the way the chords switch sounds a bit unnatural quite often. It's been the main issue with these kinds of sample sets for ages. You probably need something like 4 to 8 round robin "fret changes" between the specific chord changes. Nobody has yet done this kind of deep sampling. The other issue is the very mechanical down beat on every loop. Over a long sequence a real guitarist simply doesn't hit the downbeat like a robot every single time. There needs to be variation in this. Again, you'll need quite a few round robins where there is clear timbre and volume change. What makes it even more difficult to pull off is that a real musician has full control and intention over this timbre and volume change to keep it interesting and keep it from being mechanical. There's no way the software can know how to manipulate this.. so it's always going to be manual labor until we get some sophisticated AI going on.

Their is a timing offset you can automate. Also a humanize function. Also the mod wheel changes sound. You can automate volume.Can change compression,EQ, reverb. Only will take about 4 or 5 minutes to do all of this. I have mixed and mastered bands and artists for years.The amount of time it takes me to comp ,edit, and clean up the average guitar tracks is easily 4 to 5 hours.Usually more. Every thing in life requires "manual labor". That is the difference between the wannabes and the true artists

SonelibraryMusic If you look in the info field I listed the tracks in use there and I will refer to that here. On track 5 its only EQ, track 6 got eq+compressor, track 9 straight out from plugin, track 10 eq+comp+chorus, track 7 straight out from plugin, track 8 straight out from plugin. Note that I have tweaked the settings inside Omnisphere on track 7&8 but nothing else is added on those tracks. On the submix to master bus is eq+comp+stereo enhancer. Hope this helps.

I don't think the purpose of this plugin is to create you own original rhythm. Is to add harmony with rhythms played by professionals. And this cover a lots of rhythms. Limited rhythms ? Sure. You can combine rhythms , this video don't show this. I don't believe this will constrain the creativity because you still have harmony. Depends only on what you want.

OK Ray, let's try an experiment. Which of the pre-recorded rhythms we're talking about sounds like the intro of the Eagles "Peaceful Easy Feeling"? or The Kinks "You've Really Got Me" or Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit"? Let's make it more simple… how about using this program to play the rhythm guitar / acoustic version of "Layla"? (for example) In other words, if a music program such as this is only good for creating mundane, non-original music, who the hell wants to do that? That is, unless they are only capable themselves of creating "mundane non-original music"? *rhet I'm just saying, if a company is going to release a product to help WRITERS, then do a better job with it. If a company's goal, on the other hand, is to give writers something they can MAYBE get by with if they're not too creative, then they've done a great job with this program!

Willie B I agree with you 100%. I am trying to use this right now in the context of a rhythm that is original to my song and NOTHING out of their selection fits. No matter how I twist it and turn it, it will not create something I have created. Their pattern browser lets you create something close, but we don't want something close. We want the exact same thing! This virtual instrument should do what Pro-Tools beat detector does. If this app could listen to a pattern created by a real guitarist and create a rhythm map and copy it, we'd be on our way. Otherwise, it's just going to provide some decent background guitars, which is okay. But this is, by no means, groundbreaking technology. I'd pay twice the price or even three if it did that. I thought the pattern browser would be more intuitive. Bummer.

You're having the same result I had with this program Paul. Too bad. I could really use a good guitar sound like this program but this one lacks any meaningful flexibility when it comes right down to building something completely NEW.

Willie B I also purchased it..... FAIL!! You are 100% correct. You're locked into the preset patterns/rhythms..... kinda useless.
