Phenomenal
Look out. I'm coming for that record
They should add this in the next battlefield too, and the game should actually be a properly made battlefield title for once
He's doing the side quests.
Good keep it up ❤
A Garand thump its partiality a hoax. It only happens when the bolt isn't enough to the rear and the bolt catches behind the follower. The bolt can rude home unexpectedly when you touch the follower. When loading a clip, its impossible to hurt your self. I owned a M1 Garand for 2 decades, all my friends owned one and our dads uesd it in the army in the 1950's and 1960's. A 'Garand thump' was always a myth here, to scare the younger unexperienced shooters. Same for the myth that the ejecting clip warns tge enemy that your rifle is,empty. Thats b.s. to.
If you watch the channel Garand Thumb he explains how WW2 Vets would get Garand thumb. I had a buddy shoot mine and he got Garand thumb. So saying it’s a myth is about as wrong as the people saying the holocaust didn’t exist. As many commenters say, read the original M-1 Manual. I read mine and it warns me of Garand thumb.
I love the stealth bomber
Hahahah
Here's the thing with the draft. You get the men and the soy boys. The men are the ones who usually died in combat protecting the soy boys. The soy boys are the ones that survive to come back and talk about the garand thumb. They were soft and had weak hands. Therefore it happened to them all the time
Son I have to say 2 things one get that live ammo out of that rifle before you accidentally shoot grandma in the other room and cause her ptsd from ww2 to kick in again 2nd those m1s do bite and they bite hard if you work that rifle right the way it's meant to be used she'll bite that's the m1s nature be safe shoot well.
I was using snap caps in this video. You can see the drilled hole on the top cartridge.
@@mrjacobvich9323 I stand corrected on the ammo part.
@@roostersmechanics5131 all good. I take my gun safety very seriously 😅
Try again in an uncontrolled battlefield environment were you see a few of your mates pulped up and theres rounds whistling past your ears. You havent slept for 3 days and the enemy is advancing on your position faster that you can shoot them down. Then tell us its a myth. With your soft pianist hands.
It is really a myth. It's technically not possible to hurt your thumb when loading a M1 Garand. It does happen when you don't pull the oprod enough to the rear and the bolt catches on the follower. Not a problem when loading a clip, but it is when wanna get the bolt back in forward position. Bolt rides home unexpectedly
😂
christ
your a hero
Couldn't you just hold that bolt open with the charging handle? While you drop the mag in with your other hand. Why would you just let that shit drop with your fingers in the way? 😂
You could, but it isn’t practical. As long as you hold pressure down on the clip after inserting it the bolt can’t close because of the friction between your thumb and the top cartridge, I tried to demonstrate it in the video. Another thing people like to do because they think they’ll get their thumb stuck is to put the blade of your hand against the bolt while loading.
@@mrjacobvich9323 huh, that's interesting. Thanks for explaining that 👍 nice video.
Jesus that startled me
that made me jump
Oh look something else fake on RUclips
What I learned from reading an M1 Garand manual was that if the bolt is not completely locked to the rear it will snap against your thumb when reloading. That is why Army men were trained to blade their hand as a contingency toward avoiding "Garand thumb".
If the bolt doesn’t get locked to the rear, then the that means it’s resting on the follower. When it’s resting on the follower there isn’t room enough for a loaded enbloc clip to be inserted.
Oh wow, do you mean to tell me that you didn't get your thumb bit because you had your rifle in a nice little vice, and were operating it slowly and methodically? Holy shit all those soldiers who've actually used thing areliars.
It is NOT a myth what is bro smoking😂
It is actually
It was definitely a thing but us kids these days have much more well trained thumbs
My grandpas you had to pull the bolt back with your palm. Plus the thumb also came for the expedient trick they did to load faster and put a round in the chamber simultaneously
Now do it in the shit and tell me again how your thumb feels
Try that getting shot at in the middle of a muddy war sometimes daily shooting the amount of ammo you wish you could afford to practice with. That being said, wasnt the garand one of the more accurate rifles?
My grandfather's would take you're finger tips. so idk where tf you got this one 😂
So garand thumb is a thing you decided was fake?
buddy thinks someone just invented the concept one day because they were as bored as he is
What the heck was that
Hazard Zone data drive pod lol
v2 rocket
Garand thumb was from pushing from the side, not directly over the top like you did (proper)
You are wrong
I think the Garand thumb is less getting it caught in the bolt and more pain from reloading it so many times. They did shoot a metric fuck load of rounds in the wars and jamming the clips into the gun at high speeds and under stress would result in pain. As for getting their thumbs smashed by the bolt... Reloading in adverse conditions and even in the dark under high stress probably led to some weird shit. But yes, this isn't the issue it's blown up to be.
Absolutely. All i want to prove to people is that there’s very little room for your thumb to actually get pinched between the bolt and the chamber when loading a clip. So many people think it’s so easy to do, but you really have to not know what you’re doing lol
Or press it down tripping the release and it slips by the round.... There's plenty of room. Promise ya😄
@@MolanLabe78 yeah, if it goes bolt over brass you're gonna get it. Haha.
You have a reproduction that solved the issue. A real garand manufactured at that time 100% had this issue
Mine was made in 1944. Explain.
Haha I love how you calmly, in the safe environment of your room, accomplish not getting pinched. Do this shit in battle bro where you’re slamming clips into that receiver, under stress of dying. Bet many WWII vets would disagree with you.
@@mrjacobvich9323You’re adorable.
@@puddynutsthe point of the video is to show how there’s no room for your thumb to get pinched. The bolt pushes it out of the way if you let it get to that point.
you're both wrong.. 1. his serial number is on the bolt.. manufacturing date sometime betwen october 1943 and march 1944 2. garand thumb is a thing if you're a bitch
I hate them
How unlock?

Nice
is this game still alive on pc?
Not really. There’s only one active server at a time. This was on the weekend and was a full 64 player server though.
This has to be the most disrespectful troll in gaming 🤣🤣🤣 You won sir
😂😂😂
I swear it's getting worse. The double dust at the end made me shed a tear, especially since landing those shots are so satisfying.... when they work that is.
I finally got the Tier 1 on the RPG probably about a month ago. Started using the Recoilless again and I can confidently say that dusting is an RPG only thing, which is sad.
SO MANY MP5ssssssss

aircraft is so fuckin strong in this game
This was a bug that occurred twice in a row referred to as “dusting”. Where your RPG makes contact with the aircraft but no damage occurs
This sound design is so goddamn disappointing.
