Here's what we’re doing:
Community Check-In: We’ll kick things off by sharing our thoughts and feelings in a super supportive setting. It’s all about being open and connecting with each other.
Nervous System Balancing Exercises: We’ll do some gentle exercises to help reduce stress and promote relaxation. Expect mindful breathing, light movements, and some guided mindfulness to keep us centered.
