I heard you say in the video that this hotel is the only hotel in Orlando with a built in lazy river and I had to share that is false. Cabana Bay Beach Resort has its own built in lazy river. There may also be more but look into coco key resort and Gaylord Palms.

I will never go there again. We were mistreated. I'm handicapped n we had a 4 month old baby with us and 2 pre teens. They were traumatized when they called the police which was uncalled for. I believe it was the color of our skin. There is too much to share. The server was arrogant n refused to seat us. All we wanted was the 250 we spent on coins. We left peacefully never in my life have I ever been treated this way.

We stayed there during their Christmas season for one night. It was beautiful and enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking down and it was so pretty with all the plants. Room was very clean, only one complaint. We didn’t have any washcloths or shower cap, so we had to go to front desk to get some. Loved every thing about it

lived here all my life, this unlocked so many core memories from my childhood. thank you.

The mall was prettier back in the 2000’s. It is cold and sterile looking now.

Dicks is scheduled to open two new House of Sport locations in New England in 2024. The locations will be in Boston's Back Bay and in Salem, NH at the Mall at Rockingham Park. I hope to visit one of these new stores before the end of this year.

I remember when the "new part" was built. Cookie House was there before the food court so I doubt they put Great American out of business but I always preferred Cookie House. When I was a kid there were tons of plants and metal sculptures and fountains you can find a few photos floating around the internet. Those were all removed in the remodel which is sad to me because they were VERY elaborate. Hanes Mall is unique in that it has quite a few businesses around the mall but yet in the same complex, there used to be a movie theater when I was a kid as well, sat between where the Golden Corral & Texas Roadhouse are now. Last time I was there, the subway was at the same enterance as Gamestop, the store next to the old Ruby Tuesday was (as someone else pointed out) Orange Julius. I haven't been to the mall since covid, but it is good to see that the old Sears space is being utilized.

It’s very good in my opinion

On August 2nd, 2022 I lost my kids in court. Lies were used against me and my four children and I almost jumped off the balcony of this Cool Springs hotel. I gripped those rails until 4 am before I finally backed off and drove back to Texas. Glad I didn’t jump because today I have them back and we are all starting new lives together. We’ve promised each other that one day all of us are going to visit Franklin’s courthouse and this hotel to overcome our trauma that still sits in all of our bodies today. Personally, I want to stand on that balcony and thank God for holding me back. I want to feel victorious the next time that I look down at the floor of that lobby.

Great review, I have stayed here a few times in the 2 queen riverview, and the 2 queen review deluxe with balcony. My most recent stay was in the 2 queen corner suite with river and mountain views, which was really nice and big with wrap-around balcony.
