It's a golf course with government housing. Should have left the trees and spread the houses out.

I know this property is already sold, however, I think it is important to include the listing price with the video as it helps out-of-state buyers have an idea what they can and can't afford. It does no good for me to waste my time getting excited about a property that is financially out of reach and it does you no good to have me waste your time. The listing price is part of being appropriately informed so potential clients know what is or is not within reach. Additionally, any additional cost such as HOAs, Bonds, basically any fee that will raise the cost of living in the property also needs to be known up front. How else are we to even hope of having a practical approach to finding a home without wasting precious time. Thank you in advance for considering the practical needs of out-of-state buyers.

Comment to person who says houses are so close together she/he could never live like that - ever heard of townhouses? Townhouses share walls as do condos as apartments. I love townhouses because they have a little yard for my little dog. When you get to be older most people don't want all that yard to take care of. That's my problem now. Big yard!!! I can't even see my neighbors houses except across the lake. You can have it. I want a little yard.

You should have taken us inside the home so we can judge it for ourselves. You also should have given us the asking price.
