I know everybody is raving about FS2024 but the snow in fs2020 looks just as good to me.

I know it's just a simulation, but nevertheless.... keep a decent approach speed until you flare, in conditions like this this would be something around 1.5 times your stall speed to have some gust reserve.

in beta msfs2020 snow used to accumulate on the plane ..they removed it when the xbox came on..

2024 is pure expensive crap, just admit it.. Nuff said.

You don't wanna stall landing unless you're already over the runway and just a few inches from touching the runway. nice video I love the piper and the snow.

The last time I landed a plane, the snow was created by setting the color of the ground rectangle from green to white… it’s been a while.

There is no windshield in the real world anywhere near that clean in those weather conditions. In real conditions, anybody flying a cub or whatever that is would need their head examined and there would be more noise from the wind bashing against the ceconte/fabric. Also, the pilot would be fucking cold. Bonus: ground loop on landing. WIth a slippery surface in real life you would have likely bashed a wingtip to boot. There's nothing even remotely realistic about this.

Windshield effects need a bit of work, otherwise looks pretty good.

Is it, cuz its a shock that anything is good in this freaking dumpster fire of a game. Career mode is total garbage. Im so mad that i spent $300 on this piece of crud. I lost my job right after i bought it and feel totally robbed right before christmas. Worthless rubbish this game.

Sadly I don't see any difference from FS2020. I expected runway and taxiway with winter effects, like snow on the edges, ice on the tarmac, etc. It still looks too clean, just wet, like when it's raining, but not iced. Very disapoinnted.

yo mate you just got recommended to my feed, i'm very very new to flight sim, never even touched 2020, but recently developed an interest in 2024, anyway what do you do? are you like a modder or something? how does your game look so good? could you give me your in-game settings? reshade?

Awesome, I haven't bought MSFS 2024 yet, was thinking your airports wouldn't work with it. So Scilly Isles, Plymouth and Bolt Head all work well with 2024 too? I figured the new terrain details would ruin the photogrammetry?

This is looking really great, hope you're continuing to make progress! Just curious, will there be an update to your version of Plymouth? With Seafront Simualtions South West Ships and the new World Update adding the Tamar and Brunel bridges is it possible to remove all of your own boats and the photogrammetry of the bridges so they don't clash? I haven't bought Ships or tried the world update yet so don't know if they clash currently but I'm assuming they will!

This is so unrealistic, yes you modelled Chris's Luscombe (very well indeed) but you lose all the immersion when you walk around the side door into the hangar, in real life there's a little table with two chairs there and a kettle and I believe a naughty calendar up on a little notice board above it 🤣 No seriously impressive work as always. I know you've had some family things recently but I was wondering when Guernsey would be available? Cheers Terry
