Hello guys, this video is actually from way back in September, but I thought to put it up anyways. I believe now in November and December is the perfect weather to go to the beach, it won’t be as crowded and hot.
The beach day was quite a nice switch from the city, however during peak summer days in HK it can get too sunny, hot, and crowded.

Do you need to understand read and write Chinese to work in HK?
For the most part yes, but if you can find an international company that is English focused then not at all. Most jobs require fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, it could also be a mix of those three languages. If you can only speak English, look at international companies instead of local ones.

Very informative! How long did you process your visa? I got an offer and have started submitted my docs for the visa
@@jiralamispornan The processing of my visa took extremely long, the company and I had to submit additional documents three times. From submission to approval, it took about 4 months. It depends on the nationality and the nature of your job, I am American and my job is in the journalism field, therefore it may have led to longer processing time. Otherwise it should take no longer than 1-2 months, I hope it goes all well for you!

Hey, how did you find the The Upper Room rooftop? I find it difficult on google maps
Ahh yep Google maps is hard to use in China, try looking up 190 Beijing Road(E), gotta take an elevator upstairs. When you enter the place is full of curtains and a staircase, The Upper Room also doesn’t open on Monday, and it opens Tuesday-Sunday from 12pm-1am. If you have a Chinese friend it’d be easier for them to use Chinese apps for specific info :)

Heyaaa, thanks :) BBQ place is a chained restaurant called 很久以前羊肉串 based in Shanghai. I think they have more than 20 places in Shanghai, I used Chinese apps like 大众点评 or 高德地图 to locate the closest for me.
