Cellar Report — Substantially Complete 2021
Greg and Doug do a cellar report of the 2021 vintage of Substantially Complete. This vintage won a gold medal at the Concours International de Lyon, and has been cellaring since its packaging in 2021.
Substantially Complete reflects The Monolith both as a physical entity and the beer it produces. With a new vintage being released every few years, this beer is a snapshot in time of our mixed fermentation program.
