Wyoming Legislature
США
Добавлен 24 июл 2017
The Wyoming Legislature is a 93-member citizen legislature, meaning the members elected serve part-time and this is typically not the members’ primary occupation. Wyoming remains one of the few states that have a true part-time citizen legislature. While the part-time nature of the institution allows members to stay in close contact with their constituents, it also means that they do not enjoy the same accommodations provided to full-time legislators in larger states, such as personal staff.

Representative Clem does not believe in the General Welfare foundation of the Constitution nor the word Arbitrary in the Wyoming Constitution.
We are a republic, but life is very complex these days which means the public has less knowledge when it comes to right decision. The Constitution is about the Common Defense and General Welfare. Congrats Tera on recognizing the past legislatures....
Hey County Commissioners enforce all kinds of rules and regulations that they had no part in drafting….why are they whining? Thats right they are anti-science and ignorant. They could have read the Wyoming Pandemic Response Plan.
So during a pandemic religious nutters are going to require the State Health Officer to show up and defend science all over Wyoming. Too much leeway on this bill and too much ambiguity. Police officers should be under the Health Officers as they need to enforce the orders and to do tracing. This bill is crap.
Where exactly are my comments going then?
“ They were doing it just because they could“ what exactly is the problem with people exercising their rights?
Never say never.
Why couldn’t the hobbyist get into the business? Is that a class issue or is there some type of genuine concern that hasn’t been spoken?
Licensing is the theft of individual rights being leased back to the individual.
So pandering global insurance, but only to large corporations?
Is this where we need to emphasize the need to repeal legislation giving authority to the Health Officer?
Thank you for making this session virtually available to the pubic. I appreciate the work and dedication of the committee.
